駅に近く（徒歩４分）、駐車場が広く（屋外）駐車料金が良心的です。お隣がスーパーマーケットで駅に行けばマクドナルドやサブウェイやレンストラン、カフェがあります。朝食は10種類ほどのパンと卵とハムとチーズとソーセージ、シリアルやヨーグルトがあり、きゅうりとトマトがあったのが良かったです。小さなクロワッサンがおいしかったです。 部屋のキッチンには電子レンジ、電気ポッド、平皿と小ボウルとカトラリーがありました。洗剤とスポンジはなかったので持参したものを使いました。

冷蔵庫はあまり冷えません。とても小さいためペットボトルの水は寝かせて工夫しないと扉がしまりません。 浴室の扉はガラスで模様の隙間から中が見えます。トイレの音は丸聞こえです。ベットのマットレスは私にはやわらかすぎました。

Locatie was naast het station en nabij het winkelgebied , allemaal makkelijk te lopen , ook een Albert Heijn om de hoek , dus voor de versnaperingen ook erg handig , prima personeel , en kamers waren ook prima

Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz am Hotel.

Sehr hellhörig. Die Räumlichkeiten könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig eingestellt werden. Selbst Temperatur hochstellen oder ganz abstellen ging nicht. D.h., das Gebläse lief die ganze Nacht und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer.

The location is convenient, easy to go to the train station, supermarket and downtown. The staff have been very helpful, patient and friendly.

Good stay in general. Hearty breakfast, pleasant, spacious rooms. Comfortable bedding. Just 2 minutes from the station for Amsterdam Central and with free parking, the hotel is ideally located for a city trip to Amsterdam

Too bad for the lack of communication with Mr M. because his female colleagues are smiling and pleasant I tried to speak in Dutch but not understanding all his answers I asked to speak in English, I unfortunately did not understand his answer nevertheless he did not want, or perhaps knew, to speak English, the conversation continued in Dutch ... which I understood only half. Too bad in such an internatinal hotel chain...

The location was really good and polite staff

The price and comfort of the room, the shower had no power, beds really small and uncomfortable. Overall I wouldn't stay here again...sorry

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful. It was a short taxi ride to the place with the windmills and folk village. There was a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel was close to Zaandam station. You exit the station to the right and go down in the lift then turn right at the bottom. It was a bit difficult to find the first time but easy when you know the way.

The breakfast was OK but a bit expensive. The train to Zaandam only goes once every 30 minutes to Amsterdam. It was about 15 euros return for an adult from memory. Apart from an interesting building next to the station there was not much to see in Zaandam itself. We didn't find any nice restaurants either.

From arriving at reception through to leaving on the last day, the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were excellent and spacious. An issue we had with the safe in the one room was promptly dealt with and fixed the day we reported it.

The location is very near with train & bus station. and very near with Albert Heijn supermarket.

Because the location are not in the city central, so you need to use train and train cost is pretty expensive. you can use utilize low hour cost to save some money

The hotel would have been fine, if I didn't have to call staff 3 times to fix broken things. The guys from the kitchen who came to help us each time was great, but he shouldn't have had to help us in the first place. The breakfast was great.

1) Upon arrival, the blinds almost came down; staff came to wiggle it and hoped it would not break again. 2) When the evening/ darkness set in, two lamps did not work (2!) Both bulbs were out. The helpful kitchen guy came to swap the lamps when we were waiting. Our romantic getaway kept getting interrupted. 3) Doorhandle of the bathroom sliding is broken on the inside 4) Sign of leakage on the ceiling (we were on the top floor, 5) 5) We took pictures of it all and explained it to the manager when checking out, I was amazed at the lack of interest in the situation... Nobody except the kitchen guy took ownership of the poor customer experience. The kitchen guy should run the hotel...
