Good location - easy walking distance to Kingston and Manuka. Unit was large and clean and overall good value for money. Great for a multi-day stay with kids.
Unit was a little dark, but not much you can do about that.

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was in a great location for us and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We will stay again next time we are in Canberra.
Overall the stay was really good the only down side was the parking spots are quite small and the parking area was a little confusing as we had to leave the area where we checked in and had to drive around to the opposite side of the property to gain entry.

The size of the apartment was excellent. We would have preferred more towels for 6 people. For some reason there were only 5. The lounge coach was a bit grubby and in need of an update to be honest. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been preferable to have some kitchen scissors and the carving knives to be sharp. They were a bit blunt. We were supplied with plenty of dishwashing materials and the dishwasher worked well as did the laundry machines. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.
Kitchen knives could have been sharper. More bathroom towels would have also been appreciated for a 5 day stay. One carpark for a 3 bedroom apartment was poor. Should've been able to have 2 parks as the facility wasn't at capacity.

Price of stay, very reasonable price for a large 4 bedroom apartment with modern bathrooms and bedrooms, good location, pretty courtyard
Walking from carpark up multiple stairs was difficult with 2 kids and luggage (and a pregnant friend).

There were no heaters in the bedrooms which made us really uncomfortable in this cold winter

GPS sent us to the back of the building (which isnt your problem) but there was no sign to direct you to the front to the reception.
We couldn't get the air conditioning to warm the room , it would be good if you only had to turn it on in winter and it begins to warm

The staff were exceptionally friendly. they patiently answered questions prior to arrival. check in was smooth even though we arrived at diff times rather than all together and the staff kindly issued new cards so everyone had access. we had some of the people from other appartments in our group join us in the one apartment for a few modest drinks. there were extra chairs in the apartment so it made this easy. while it was not raucous there would have been a bit of noise, still the security guard kindly left us to it until 11pm when he super politely asked us to keep it down, which we did and everyone was happy. motel style set up meant no invented hallways. thank you!

Great location, right near shops and restaurants, and the lake. Lovely tree-lined streets, Apartment was well provisioned, clean and comfortable.
Beds and couches were a bit too hard.
