Perfect escape weekend for the whole family, private, comfortable and felt like home. Super easy parking, walk to the beach, nice restaurants. Keith was available to answer any questions from start, during and end of visit. Highly recommend this accommodation, clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

Had a great time in a clean, spacious home. We were in for a tournament at the USSSA Space Coast complex, and a beachfront stay was the same or better price than the team hotels. Keith was a great host and made everything easy.

This is a fantastic condo. It is steps from the beach and even fewer steps from the pool/hot tub. The condo is clean and is in good shape. I would definitely book it again.
During my stay, there was one issue with the elevator. I called the condo owner. Even though he was out of state at the time, he immediately got ahold of the building maintenance person who quickly fixed the issue. Great service.

Nice condo right on the beach. Comfy beds and furniture. Great communication. It was our first trip to Cocoa Beach but won’t be the last. An evening liftoff at Cape Canaveral that we watched from Sandcastles’ beach was an unexpected and very cool bonus.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. Nice pool and very short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the pier is a short drive away (about two miles).

This was a last minute decision. The guys wanted to go to the Mecum auction and the girls wanted the beach. The only thing that would have made this better would have been better weather but with the rain there were only my sister and I and one other person on the beach which worked out great for shelling.

The property was as advertised. The building is older but very well maintained. The unit was actually quite a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures with plenty of room for my wife and I with three small children. The beach supplies were a nice plus. The beach is a short walk, and the pool and hot tub were great. There are some signs of wear and tear in the unit, and some of the appliances and fixtures are dated, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Would book again.

While it was a quick trip for us, checkin process was seamless, Keith was very quick to respond and the condo was everything that was pictured. Very short walk to a beautiful beach!

We spent 3 days at the residence. It was very roomy and quiet. Easy access to the beach which was private and not overly populated. Restaurants and shopping are near by. Plenty of amenities to keep the family busy or just relax.

This property can be rated as one of the best at Sandcastles. We have previously stayed at this condo before. It is very clean and has everything you need. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony for family and friends. Since our last stay at this condo, many updates have been made. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this unit, your host is very attentive to your needs. Sandcastles is a family oreinted condominium, very clean, constantly updated, well maintained, and has onsight management. You will enjoy your stay at this condo.

We had a great vacation! The condo was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. There was construction going on to the buildings while we were there (we were aware before booking). This comment is more so to point out that the building is kept up. We would definitely book again!

Had a good time. Paying that much I do not think guess should have to clean their own towels. Tall chairs on patio need new coverings look like going to break anytime someone should get hurt.

This condo was very nice, and Keith has everything you’d need - dishes, towels, toiletries, beach chairs and toys, you name it! There are even things for infants such as a pack and play, walker, and infant pool floatie. A short 3 minute trip downstairs and out to the beach. Fairly quiet and not busy. The pool is clean and the beach access is nice (and private!). We will certainly be back to this condo!

The condo was fully stocked with everything you need while away from home. Keith, the property manager, was amazing from beginning to end. He was always available and made the stay even more pleasant. Will definitely go back.

We stayed here to visit the Kennedy space center and the beach. The property has great access to the beach, lots of toys, chairs and boogie boards to use.

The location was perfect, not to close to the pier but still easy to get to any place you needed. The view was peaceful, the condo had everything you would need to go to the beach, cook each day, and just enjoy some down time (our goal). Thank you!

Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a family emergency but the condo was perfect for our family of four. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the unit was nice and clean, location was great and we would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

I would recommend this property to family and friends. Our stay was awesome. We had everything we needed. We loved the fact how the beach was private access. And we didn't have to pack unnecessary beach items everything was there.

Our new favorite vacation rental
My husband and I stayed at this property with my dad and stepmom. We were there together for Father's Day and this condo made it perfect! We typically do hotels when we go on vacation all together, but saw this place on VRBO and had to give it a try. We are all so glad that we did! The interior is nice, the kitchen is large and has everything you could need, and the location is FANTASTIC . Additionally, Keith, the property manager, is great with communication and is very friendly. This property made our vacation wonderful and we will be back!

Meet the Perfect Condo
I kind of hate to give this review because I want access to it again whenever we are ready, but here goes….
Family of 5… Dad, Mom, children ages 15, 10, and 18 mos. (Yes, we’re nuts. ;)
This condo is fabulous! Keith is super friendly and easy to work with. He called on our first day (and I missed it completely.) He then text the day before our departure.
The condo itself is huge. We typically stay in Orange Beach, Pensacola, or Destin. Based on our experience, all two bedroom condos have the same layout. This one, however, had two huge bedrooms. We were able to move the pack n play in and out of the master each day easily.
The main bathroom was a great size. Both showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A closet in the master contained all the bath towels anyone could need, iron and board, a safe, and tons of other useful items. The pantry had enough trash bags, ziplock bags, and all kinds of other goodies to make it trough the week. Yet another hallway closet contained all the beach equipment we needed. There were also plenty of beach towels available for our entire family!!
The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dinnerware, glasses, silverware, all sorts of kitchen utensils, towels, and every kitchen gadget you can imagine. We added food, and we were all set!
Super huge bonus was a lifeguard on duty on the beach with clear signs showing the monitored zone. We have never seen this after years of visiting several beaches.
The one downside to this facility is no chair and umbrella service is available. However, I did not see a facility offering it though. So, that may just be the area.
We will return to this condo during our next visit.
