Breakfast was bought to you room, so no rushing to get down for breakfast, not full English, but plenty of choices including bacon/sausage sandwiches, the room was clean with no issues, the location is exceptional, and the owners couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, would stay her again

Lovely friendly hosts. Very clean and welcoming accommodation. Fabulous breakfast delivered to our room and a very comfortable room. lovely crisp bedding and all very accommodating.

The road outside was a bit noisy and it was quite hot in the room so we had to open the windows making it even more noisy. But it was comfortable, great facilities, a separate toilet and bathroom but exclusively ours, I thought it was great value for money. And did I mention the lovely hosts!

Breakfast: On reflection, I think it’s a mistake not to offer a communal facility; although a Basket-Breakfast is certainly convenient, it’s a pity not to encourage guest-interaction over a meal. I came away feeling that it was an opportunity missed. Most B&B’s I’ve stayed in have increased the enjoyment factor by supplying a space for guests to meet and chat. I was left wondering whether the convenience-factor was for the benefit of staff rather than guests. Vegan sausages were great 👍 (it’s prob best to check if the kiwi on offer is ripe by the way. Mine wasn’t. A small quibble, but it meant that the breakfast Vit C quota was considerably depleted)

Location Cleanliness everything you need in the room.. plus little extra touches .. which are lovely and really appreciated simple things like small bottle of milk for you tea/coffee Bottled water Bed was really comfortable. It was quiet as well apart from road traffic at peak times.. however this was not a problem. Breakfast was lovely as well everything you could need and more. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Will stay again.

I booked room without realising Shower and toilet across landing however this is for your sole use and really wasn't a problem in the end.

Short walking distance to the city center, parking ( very important), clean. Nice stuff. Breakfast in the room, multiple choices. We had a room with an outside bathroom, but it was OK, just next door

The location is very close to the town centre, and it is a very quiet neighbourhood. Eateries are easily available nearby, and the owners (Iain and Diane) are very friendly. Iain was very understanding when I arrived late because I missed my train and I'm grateful for that.

There was a slight issue with the clogged bathroom, but since I came very late at night, I couldn't tell Iain about it. The blockage was fixed in the mid morning or so, hence it worked fine again when I used it on the following evening. I'm sure it should be fine for the next visitors...

A pleasant stay, easy access to town on foot, private parking. Good pre-order breakfast. Friendly welcome.

Breakfast served to room 3 was excellent, varied choice and very generous Parking was only 130 yards away, and the river , theatre and centre within 10 minutes walk Very warm welcome and every where was clean

Ian and Dianne are very welcoming. The room was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked the pictures on the walls - it made the room more welcoming. The lighting was great and the side lamps created a lovely atmosphere in the evening. Was very happy to have 2 door mirrored wardrobe. Plenty of nice breakfast. It was great to have mini fridge in the room to store milk and water. The location is perfect for visiting Stratford! Very close to walk to the town centre, RSC theatres, the Avon river. Was really happy with off street parking. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Fantastic price! Thank you for such a great stay!

Cleanliness. Friendliness. Nice little touch with milk and water in the fridge so we could have a drink when we got there. Bed was comfortable. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. Lovely breakfast aswell. Nice hot shower. Beautiful decor in the room. Free parking.
