Não uei o serviço

Colchão deformado. Fechei o quarto por acidente com o telemóvel dentro. Fiquei angustiado até conseguir acesso novamente, gastei cerca de duas horas sem qualquer contato humano... descobri por acaso que que havia um pim eletrônico com a chave da portaria. O único contato humano foi com a fachineira que fez serviço impecável.

Es todo on line, lo tienes que hacer a través de su página o un teléfono que te dan, no hay recepcion, por lo que a las 6 de la mañana aprox llegaron otros huéspedes que no paraban de chillar y gritar

Very central location.

Online check in process was very long, non-user-friendly and , finally, a failure , and likely to be a failure for others, , because the message said "you will receive an email with your one-time door code", but the email didn't arrive until ~10 hours later.. After waiting 15 minutes I whatsapped the office, ( note: this was not an offered service from them. The instructions were to either phone a number or walk 10 minutes to their office, in a nearby hotel. I was not inclined to having to do either of those options...). They whatsapped me the necessary code within 5 minutes. The EMAIL finally arrived about 12 hours later... This is not an experience any traveller wants to go through at the end of an arduous journey. It was like an "escape room" in reverse... The shared bathroom - shower door didn't close properly, so bathroom floor wet.

Location is great. Rooms are comfortable.

The check-in could be a little problematic, since there is no staff to do it in person and everything must be done online.

The location. It was clean. Good value for the services and location.

Difficult way to get in as there were no staff to attend you in the place. All was electronic. We booked parking and they answered 3 days later telling there were no place for our car... so we had to pay private parking. The room was quite small, and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have been in years.

The location was perfect and the room was superclean and very cozy. I was not expecting that, but I was truly amazed. Will definitely come back there when I go to Salamanca. I mentioned it to some friends and they had also been there and were amazed.

The check-in procedure was a very unfunny joke. Technology out of control. Ludicrous.

We stayed here for one night as a group of 14 people. The accommodation was really nice and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. There was a common room available which was great for our group to sit and enjoy time together. We found here the comfort we were looking for and recommend this hostel for short stay’s. We also appreciated the self-check-in system because we could arrive at any time. There was a problem with access to one of the rooms though. But we called the reception and they solved our problem very quickly.

We missed a small table with chairs and a wardrobe in our rooms. The electrical locks on the doors has a low battery which was a little bit uncomfortable. When we were leaving to explore the town we were scared that the doors won’t open later.
