Various lift access and a lack of a street level lobby.
A very small bar to have drinks with a view for hotel guests.

The views were spectacular and despite the difficulty with the room being on such a high floor the outside of the windows had been recently cleaned
There didn't appear to be a fridge in the room in order to chill the bottled water

Exceptional and hospitality guest service provided by Front Reception Ms Daisy. She is very helpful and sensitive to our needs. Keep it up!!

Every single staff was friendly. The breakfast is various and very tasty. Everything is clean and service is fast. The view in our room was great. The bed is super comfortable. We didn’t hear much from other guests or wind etc.
A huge 8 person table and two lonely chairs? Useless design element especially when the other furniture is an one-person-sofa in a 2-person room. A small couch and table would be perfect after an exhausting day trip.
The TV is a little too small for that size of room.
The room temperature is not easy to regulate (hot or cold).

Got the King room with pearl tower view and the View was amazing. Toilets are superb as well. Swimming pool and Gym facilities are great too.

Our stay was amazing! We were treated very well. The staff were very friendly and super accommodating, even sending us a cake for our daughter’s birthday. Our room had an unparalleled view of Shanghai - it was astounding when there was a brief thunder and lightening storm! The pool was heaven. The food was good, especially the late night Chinese food room service had late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spotless and there is a well-stocked in-room bar. Japanese toilet was separate from the amazing bath and sink area that had the bed shower I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We can’t say enough about how wonderful everything and everyone was, and all while maintaining the highest level of health and safety measures.

This hotel is a dream come true. The views, the quality of the room and the high standards of the decoration and commodities is simply amazing. The staff is polite, with a great attitude and multilingual.
The only aspect that I found a bit disappointing was the quality of the bath robes. Even if they were not bad, I would have expected something better.
