This hotel is small with just 8 rooms but the rooms are large bright tastefully decorated with large comfortable bed, large shower area including plenty of towels and toiletries. Great location near the cathedral and hosts were amazing, so kind, helpful and polite.

The actual room was small. We were hoping for a bigger room, as per the pictures on the Booking.com site. Over-priced items in the fridge. It’s not a hotel!

Everything about C&C was excellent for us. Simple as that. The location is very central in the lovely old town but still very quiet; the rooms very comfortable (beds, decor, facilities, aircon) ensuring we had the best stay, even with challenging humid weather. The service is possibly the friendliest and most helpful we've ever found, from helpful advice before arrival, complimentary beach towels and chairs to daily cake, smiles all the time and a hug when we left!

Weirdly, the name! Cheap and Chic doesn't do it justice in English translation; Chic, yes as we loved the contemporary art and decor but "cheap" implies a lack of quality or something sub-standard, which this certainly is not, even if it is very good value and "cheaper" than something equally as good.

Great cost-benefit! Perfectly located in Ciutadella, very near busy streets but located in a very silent one. Ar conditioning working perfectly. Great towels and clean. All information necessary to enter the hotel/room was clear and Susana was always very nice and helpful when crossed with us.

Although was not a relevant problem considering the very hot summer days, the shower wasn't the best and is apparently affected by other rooms showers.

The hotel is very small so we were only 1 floor apart although we requested rooms near to each other. We had a room on the top floor that had access to a roof garden. Completely unexpected, only problem it was too hot to sit up there during the day, but in the evening was lovely looking over the city roof tops.

The place was very good located in the middle of the old and beautiful city. The hotel is beautifully decorated and was very clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable for me but it was good for my husband, so that depends on what kind of mattresses you like.

Location is perfect and super quiet. I didnt have breakfast but there was a coffee machine with capsules and a mini fridge with different beverages, super practical.

The AC didn´t warm up the room enough, but I was fine with the covers provided. The AC also made a lot of light, and it bothered me a bit to fall asleep as I need a super dark room....
