- breakfast is a scam! From the picture is fine but for 4 days on 5 was very poor and we had to buy food and do breakfast outside!
- the people seems that they are gaving you their bank info card when you kindly ask for more food!
- one day was amazing! Only a bread and a piece of watermelon😅
- don’t include the breakfast if you don’t want to loose fat, otherwise is great for your wife
- with 12€/each per breakfast you can go to the cafeteria and eat also the bar
- staff super kind

El anfitrión Bernat muy amable y muy simpático, nos ayudo desde que llegamos, nos hizo la estancia muy amena y familiar, nos hemos sentido como en casa.
Las habitaciones estam limpias y la cama muy comoda y la decoración de madera hecha artesanalmente es preciosa y acogedora.
El baño se queda un poco pequeño.

Very friendly and welcoming host. Makes you feel at home. Best homemade hotel breakfast ever. Coffee and water available at the reception
Quite an old building so thin walls and the smell of sewage was strong in the room from the old pipes. The rooms face onto the road, the cars and ppl can be loud in the evenings from the street and sounds like they are in your room

Had a fantastic stay. Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Bernat and Elena were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. Great location. Highly recommend!
Aircon in the bedroom would make sleeping a bit easier!

The hosts were incredibly genorous and went above and beyond our expectations. Kindly guiding us to the best parts of the island and even packing a cool box for our beach trip. The breakfast is outstanding! Perfect location. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

Considering how crazy expensive accommodation in Ciutadella is, this place was an amazing deal. Location was very good.

The hotel is located a 7-minute walk from the center and it is possible to park on the street next to the hotel. The rooms are equipped as standard, but without air conditioning, only an air fan. Breakfast was the same every day, but fresh and good, coffee, juice and fresh pastries with cheese and salami.

Good room with all the necessities and a good working fan that cools the room. Good value at a Good price.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. It all felt like the cleaning was little rushed. There were a couple hairs and overall it didn't get fully clean. However at this price point you can't expect everything to be fully perfect.

The room was really small but with everything, you can need. The staff was really friendly if you want to practise the Catalan language, it is the perfect accommodation. Locals are regular guests of the bar. I loved to hear them talking since the bar is right below.
Since the room has no air conditioning, it is necessary to sleep with an open window. I don't mind, I like it. But every morning the staff is preparing the outdoor seats of the hotel bar at 6:30 and it is a really noisy time. So count with an early wake-up 😬

The best of all is Fernando, I think he is the owner, he will help you as much as he can. Also the location, just 10 minutes walking to the centre of Ciutadella: is very good if you want to visit the all north and south beaches on the west of Menorca or if you want to go for any restaurant on the old town or habourside. Special remark for the breakfast, it used to be buffet but know you can request what you prefer and if it is available they’ll prepare for you.
You need to close the window night time because it could get noisy with cars/motorbikes and garbages collectors. However there is a fan on the ceiling so it is not much trouble.
