This is the best place to stay if you are coming to Ciutadella. 🤩 Staff are amazing, I cant thank them enough for how kind and helpful they were throughout our stay. Toni and Irene always made sure we felt like home, and gave us amazing advices were to go to explore the island. There is free parking around the hotel and they also have a pool. Breakfast is the best I have had so far. Doesn´t have hot options, but, who wants hot options in summer? 😉 They offer you local products for breakfast including Mahon cheese, sobrasada and ensaimadas, apart from others. There is an exit on the back of the hotel to access to the cala 😊 If you have the chance to book in this hotel, you will not regret at all! Location is perfect, close to everything by foot. Amazing view from breakfast terrace. Sandy beach is just a few steps away, or you use ladders to swim in the sea, very convenient. The hotel facilities are far beyond 2-star: I had balcony, refrigerator, TV, free safe, air condition and there is an impeccably clear swimming pool too. Breakfast choice is very good. Receptionists are always available, I felt like in a family hotel, I received unique care, all my question was answered. This a very friendly, nice hotel for adults and solo travellers. I would definitely return, this was the best accommodation among the others where I stayed in Menorca.

My room looked right on to the balcony area of the dining room so I felt like I had to keep ky curtains closed at all times. There was a table right next to my window so people using it at night were quite loud.

Breakfast was fabulous - a huge choice of food and reasonably priced. Staff were amazing and the view was wonderful. The hotel is well situated , next to the sea but a 10 minute walk into town. I would happily stay again

Amazing view from the breakfast balcony and private beach access. A comfortable 15-20 mins walk to the city as well.

The view from the breakfast terrace is great. There is a simple bar at the hotel, that is open till late: I recommend gin tonic with the local gin! Kind staff, very good position.

The bathroom was old and I had issues with opening the cold water tap: the tap handle had been tightened too much and did not move! Therefore, I took a way too hot shower! Anyway, the director I spoke to, apologized for the unpleasant inconvenience and handled the matter professionally, which I appreciated.

It's definitely a great spot to stay! Awesome breakfast looking at the sea inlet and Menorca rocks. It's very close to town by foot and quiet area. Staff, extra kind! They even let us check in earlier.

Hotel located just by the sea, room with fantastic sea view. Owner n staffs are very kind, efficient, helpful, provide practical travel information. Good healthy breakfast. Everywhere is clean. I enjoy to stay here, so i stay longer than original plan, and shall come back.

Family easygoing enviroment property. You can see the kindness from the locals there. Nice Price & Quality and location. I've got an upgrade with sea views.
