Position was close to main sights in the old town and opposite the three cities, fabulous outlook over the harbour, walking distance to ferries and local buses, restaurants and cafes. Delicious and extensive breakfast at their cafe.
Room size was a little small for a ten day stay.

Really lovely unusual interesting old building. Beautiful harbour view. Comfortable bed and clean nicely decorated room with friendly reception staff. Great stay. Fantastic central location

Underbart boende med stora rum mitt i den bästa delen av Valetta. God och relativt stor frukost på ett närbeläget cafe eftersom det var lågsäsong.

Close to the centre of the City
Had Air con.
Everything, Builders working from 08.00 every morning, although website stated work would be finished in July 23 .Very poor value for money, not clean, cramped space, veiw obscured by scaffolding, and netting. pictures on the website, nothing like the room we were given
Room 332.
No television, all wires, as shown in the picture, had been cut, and no controller was in the room. WI Fi awful!
No mention of breakfast served at another location had to walk up 80 steps when I required assistance with my mobility. Also had to sit on step outside of property as it was locked up and no one on site when we arrived. Having been travelling all day.
Morning We left lift would not work we were on 3rd floor and had to carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs.
No staff or management is available to discuss issues.
This reveiw has been an honest account of our stay
for a 40th wedding anniversary gift for my wife, and she was devastated. Malta is a great place to visit, but look around at different websites and check reveiws before you commit.

in the heart of the old town, in an old building of authentic Maltese architecture, this mini hotel is the right choice to evoke the spirit of old Valletta. breakfast is served in a restaurant not far from there and the staff is very friendly
the rooms are very small and the bathroom is built in the corner of the room so everything is miniature.

The location couldn’t be beaten. So close to everything. We liked the quirkiness and history of the building. Good communication and Jonathon who picked us up from the airport was very helpful and interesting.
Currently being refurbished so scaffolding on the harbour side, this impacted on the view a little. The breakfast is at a cafe up the steps as the restaurant is also bring refurbished. Well worth the walk up though as the breakfasts were great. So nothing that we really minded.

The location is amazing, we were so close to everything. The breakfast was great for the price, fresh omelette and coffee on request. The staff was very nice and flexible with the housekeeping timing.
The room wasn’t very comfortable, there were a lot of mosquitoes during the night and it was very hot even with the fan on.

Location is great. My room 322 looked across the harbour. Room was large with a mezzanine floor sleeping an extra 2 people if needed. Loads of character. Breakfast was at the related Luciano hotel in the square of the Co-Cathedral of St. John, about 100 metres away (a gentle climb). This also is a great location right in the middle of old Valletta.
1. Lack of an on-site reception was an issue - I arrived about 9.30 pm and the doorbell just went through to answerphone. Messaging through the app did work and someone then came down. 2. Aircon - the apartment has aircon fitted but it doesn't work and instead there's a large floor fan. To be fair the booking explicitly says 'room with fan', but when I was there (june) it was over 30° and the room was quite hot even with windows open.

The location is good
The bathroom was not clean and the laundry was dirty

The hotel was quirky and authentic. Lovely views of the harbour. Large room. Large comfortable bed. Good shower room. Easy access to room with a lift. Happy, helpful and friendly staff. Free water daily.
No spoon for stirring tea/coffee. No staff on site just available via phone. Lots of sockets but not easy to plug in kettle as lead short. Drawers were old and hard to open and close. Breakfast was not on site - short walk to restaurant owned by hotel. TV didn't work.

The ubication is very good but all the hotels have nice ubication since you need 20 min to walk around the whole city. Bed big and normal confortable. The cleaning woman was super nice
There is no person to contact with, there is no reception. The breakfast is absolutely poor and you have to go to other place. In our case we payed for a room with views to the sea but one month before our stay they said the works will still at that time and wont possible to give us the room (however in the website say until end of july) so I dont inderstand why is available that room if there are works. They offer free cancelation or other room. The other room they gave us was in front to other works so there was absolutely noisy all the time. Even when the room was for sure lower level, we payed same price than the one we had booked. Breakfast is aboslutely poor, actually we went to other place even if was alrready payed. The worst thing is the woman that gave us the key directly said if you have a problem contact booking. accoding to my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

Great location. Old traditional building with high ceilings. Friendly hostess.
The hotel met our expectations. It will be even better when the renovation works are done and the restaurant reopens.

Close to city centre, room was clean. Iron and hair dryer was available in the room. Good breakfast
Noice from outside due to ongoing renovations.

Location, cute, perfect for Valletta stay !
7.0
close to the city centre and right on the water
only staff I saw were the cleaners, although stated the construction would be loud; it started very early and could hear everything in the room even people speaking in reception.

The hotel is situated in the center of the old town of Valletta, next to bars, cafes, and tourist attractions. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor and was very friendly with all the amenities (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, safe, kettle). The English breakfast offered at the cafe near the hotel was excellent. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cleanliness was not up to par. I found hairs on the bedsheets and coffee stains on the mugs, teaspoons, and saucers. A small issue with hot water, however, was quickly resolved despite it being late.

Great location, cleaning everyday, large rooms, great heating system, well equipped.
No reception staff, the only thing I didn’t like.

The closeness to every major touristic point in Valletta was perfect. The hotel is located next to some really nice bars situated on the stairs in front of the port. the breakfast, although served at the restaurant nearby, with the same name, was very good amd diverse, and the restaurant staff nice al well.
When we arrived we had to wait for 15 minutes outside, in front of the hotel, for someone to come and check us in after calling the reception. Taking the elevator up to the room was also an adventure as it got stuck at the 4th floor, but it all got solved easily. The temperature in the room was chilly and there was no way in turning the heat up, unfortunatelly. I think it was a bit too expensive for what it offered.

Location is great, everything was very good, food esspecially. Staff was very polite and friendly.
Only AC was not that good, we could not heet the room.
Because of some work at the building, view to the sea was covered with net.

it’s central location, the room was very clean and the staff came in every day to clean and changed everything you had used . The food was fabulous.

The walls are too thin, I could her my neighbors all night. But it's not the Hotel to blame.

Nice breakfast, good service and friendly staff.
Reconstruction works next to the hotel, annoying drilling sounds in the early morning.
