Receptionist were good, and view was perfect.

The shower was not draining and also the basin. No water was provided in our room.

The food was very good.the buffet worderful with fresh foods. Very clean and everything works perfect e.g lifts, showers was best also room service was good. We gonna come back

Room was tiny for 4 people , 2 double beds we felt squashed barely any room for our bags. Brekky was great choice at any of the 3 restaraunts, good location and nice view of beach out of windows.. but no balcony and the room was hot even with aircon on all the time, no air at all.

The driver, Moses and the lady Eve with your taxi services, kept my family safe with transport

There seamed to be a strong smell of tobacco on our floor; seeing that it was Xmas, it could be understandable

1 x bottle water for 2 guests. Not in the fridge. No welcome. The mattress was smaller that the base. Kept on bumping legs against it. Safe was not working had to sleep with firearm under pillow. No menu or directory.
