They have a nice beachfront wherein Atlantis Royal somehow serves as a backdrop, their main pool however can’t accommodate much as despite the fact that they have a kiddie pool, lots of the parents would rather bring their lot too. But the room that they assigned us in on the 4th floor more than compensated as we got the loveliest views of the Palm!

We availed of their happy hour at the pool bar but in reality the prices didn’t change much. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were kinda basic as well, not much of a selection there.

The pool is lovely and the coffee shop is great.

Our room felt damp no matter what we tried to do. The safe malfunctioned and so we had to have someone to fix that and then the AC leaked from the toilet ceiling so that needed another workman and it interrupted our stay further. We checked out a day early.

We liked the slides pool cos it was chilled, staff were very nice and helpful in general, always smiling

I had better expectations for this hotel, we had small yellow spiders in our room in the coffee cabinet, we informed the reception, they sent someone cleaned it but once we were back from pool some spiders were out again. My daughter was scared. They sent us a chocolate box which is very nice, but the problem was not solved, and the employee delivering the chocolate box opened the room door while we are inside!! Also few ants on the bed on our last night. After cleaning the room the coffee sachets were not replaced or refilled. During breakfast 1st morning i asked for my tea 5 times before i got it. We had no toothbrushes in our room. One of the slides on the slides pool was closed all day long which made it crowded on the second knowing that the pool with slides was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. We come to dubai every year and we choose different hotels in different areas, i had better expectations for this one.

اعجبني الجلسه على الشاطئ وقة الغروب والخدمة على الشاطئ من الفواكة وغيرها من المشروبات والمطعم الايطالي كان لذيذ وسريعين فالخدمة والطلبات كان كل شي جميل في سوفتيل بالم حتى الغرف موفرين فيها كل احتياجاتنا وكل يوم نحصل علبة شوكلت هديه بالغرفه بعد مانرجع من المسبح والشاطئ فندق فخم ويستاهل الصراحه

Staff, value for money, and breakfast.

We booked a sea view 2 bedroom apartment, the view was not on the beach side instead it was on the other side of the palm where the Street is, breakfast was great and diverse. Hotel is really good for families, if your a solo traveler or group of friends I would not recommend as the resort is usually packed with kids and families. Also the Beach is not really great, shallow with no waves and feels artificial. Pool is relatively small, filled with chloride that irritates your eyes, and is usually full.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of both Dubai on one side and the water on the other side. Breakfast was AMAZING !

For our 1st trip to Dubai, though we had a great stay, maybe we should have chosen something a little closer to all we wanted to see and do in Dubai but we made it work.

We paid for half board, but drinks and water is not included in the buffet even 😢 Food is not nice also.

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles da was man sich wünscht und braucht. Die Anlage ist auch so groß, dass man nie das Gefühlt hat, es wäre überfüllt. Einfach toll

View was nice. Staff is very sweet and helpful espresso in the premier lounge.

Not at all worthy of being a 5* All the food was frozen, soggy and lacking taste. When you pay so much the least one expects is fresh food. Breakfast buffet had all frozen items and boxed stuff being served. Beds were not comfy. Sofa bed was even worse. Super springy and metal bits jutting out. Have stayed at multiple 5* and this was the worst.

أكثر الفنادق المخيبة للآمال في دبي، لم نواجه مثل هذه التجربة الصعبة والمزعجة في أي مكان في العالم، باهظ الثمن ولا يستحق الثمن 1300 درهم في الليلة مع وجبتي طعام. بدأ الأمر على هذا النحو: 1. الأسعار في الفندق أعلى 3 مرات من خارج الفندق، على سبيل المثال علبة مشروب في بار خارج الفندق تكلف 10 دراهم وفي الفندق 30 درهماً وهكذا... 2. في كل مرة تطلب شيئًا للأكل أو الشراب في المطاعم، يلاحقك النادل بآلة الائتمان، وبمجرد عدم وجود بطاقة ائتمان في يدي، يرافقني النادل إلى مكتب الاستقبال للمراهنة بالمال من الدولار إلى الدراهم لأنهم لا يقبلون الدولار، لقد أعطوني شعور اللص. 3. في المطعم العالمي لتناول العشاء كان الطعام مقرفًا جدًا وليس لذيذًا وليس على مستوى عالٍ، والشيف له ذوق غريب جدًا في الطبخ ولا يعالج الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حساسية الطعام. اختيار البوفيه ليس لذيذًا على الإطلاق ويتكرر كل يوم، 4. لقد طلبنا الإفطار في الغرفة لأننا فاتنا بوفيه الصباح، لقد قمت بطلب في الساعة 11 صباحًا وحصلت على الإفطار في الساعة 1:30 بعد الظهر كان الخبز باردًا وجافًا كالحجر والبيض بالبندوره لا يشبه اي شيء وباردا . 5. لا يُسمح بالدخول إلى المنتجع الصحي ومرافق السبا دون طلب جلسة مساج أو خدمة من المنتجع الصحي. وبسبب انزعاجنا من الخدمة الغريبة والشعور بالإحباط ، اضطررت في اليوم الثالث إلى مغادرة الفندق في منتصف الليل والانتقال إلى فندق آخر. لا يمكن استرداد ولا إلغاء الحجز لأن الدفع مقدما . ***/ يلبي الفندق متطلبات الطراز الهندي غالبا*** . ومن المهم أن اضيف أنه بعد تقديم شكوى للإدارة بشأن الخدمة والطعام في اليوم الثاني، حاول شيف مصري لطيف للغاية يُدعى ميشيل أن يقدم لنا تجربة إيجابية في المطعم الهندي الموجود في الفندق ، لقد كان لطيفًا معنا جدا وحاول بشتى الطرق اسعادنا هو يطبخ جيدًا ولكن المطبخ الهندي ليس من اختيراتنا او أسلوبنا، تحدثنا مع المدير في اليوم الثاني وصادف انه قابلنا اثناء ترك الفندق ولاكن للاسف بعد ذلك اختفى .. لقد أرفقت الصور والفيديوMost disappointing hotel in Dubai, we have never had such a difficult and annoying experience anywhere in the world, expensive and not worth the price 1300 dirhams per night with half board. اولا عند الوصول كانت الكهرباء منقطعه عن المبنى والاصنصير حيث ان غرفتنا كانت في مبنى اخر غير المبنى الرئيسي المتواجد فيه اللوبي اضطرينا ننطر تحت عند الاصنصير 10 دقايق على ما رحعت الكهربا،، ثانيا التكييف كان سيء جدا ومعطل في الغرفه وتم ارسال 3 فنيين لاصلاحه دون جدوى كلهم كانو يقولون نفس الكلام احنا صلحناه و انتظري من 20-30 دقيقه و رح يبرد مع العلم ان الجو حار جدا و الرطوبه كانت مو طبيعيه و بعد 4 ساعات من الاتصال والابلاغ عن المشكله و استقبال عامل و را عامل تم تغيير غرفتنا لغرفه اخرى ،، ثالثا التأخير في خدمه الغرف Dine in طلبنا sandwich & salad فقط للغرفه و تم ارسالهم بعد ساعه وهذا وقت كبير جدا ،، رابعا فندق 5 نجوم المفروض انه يوفر Coffee machine في الغرف ، وفرولي ياها بعد ما انا طلبتها و طلبت الكبسولات

Everything was amazing and it is not my first time to visit this hotel also i am welling to come back again

Everything was fabulous but in the pool there was a sign shows that it is not allowed to bring toys in the pool but many kids were playing with their toys and they were annoying specially the water guns! Many people were upset because of that but no body did anything for them i hope that the management could be strict about that.. best regards

The facilities and staff are exceptional. Breakfast quality is great with a vast and varied choice that will satisfy even the most picky of eaters. The rooms have gorgeous and high quality feel.

The only thing I could possibly find to complain about was the weather.
