Food was excellent.served hot.layout of breakfast table was easy to follow. Wide section of cereal & fruit juices.

we arrived in the dark, and the outside of the property was not well lit, or sign posted. We didn’t really know where to park either.

Large comfortably room, plenty of tea & coffee, lovely shower. Very helpful & friendly staff. Good value stay & tasty meals at good prices. Good location & large car park.

The lady checking us in was very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, very comfy for a family of four and lovely and clean.

Where to go and the process to check in was unclear and bar staff a bit dismissive when we asked for help. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality. The rooms were away from the main building and my mother had to carry her suitcase upstairs which she struggled with. There weren't enough towels with the room.

The attitude of some residents towards staff who were trying their best to get food out.

Rooms were clean Park for kids The manager on shift was very hard working and worked every shift due to shortage on staff.

Breakfast was undercooked first day Had to wait an hrs for puddings Function on 2nd night not warned at time of booking got young children very loud music till late and base not really needed. Unpleasant volume.

Pub food wasn't the best.

Size of the room was brilliant. Staff were really helpful. Location very peaceful. My friend was most unwell the night before leaving & the staff were lovely & allowed us the room for as long as we needed - as it wasn’t booked out.

We felt the breakfast was quite poor for the money. There was supposed to be berries & fruit, & there were none. We were also charged for a cup of tea, despite the menu stating it was included in price !!

Brilliant staff, upon entry manager ask if we needed assistance , easy friendly manner, quick service.
