Unbeatable location in Reykjavik’s main road, private parking ( saves £10 per hour!!!). well equips kitchen, spacey apartment. Good communication with host.
A smell of sewer ( not sulphur!!!) came from the bathroom onto living room. just check has been fixed before you go.
Sofa-bed in living room is not suitable for sleep unless they get an additional mattress.

Excellent location, great value, staff was wonderful with communication and requests, the bed was comfortable, apartment was well stocked
A couple things in there could use some TLC (bathroom faucet was loose and puddling on the floor if we used it too much) and I wish there was another mirror outside of the bathroom

Excellent location, at the heart of Reykjavik. Quiet and comfortable, we were a couple with 2 teenage daughters. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Bad sound proofing. Could hear everything in the street and the current construction site.

Great location, spacious and fully equipped
We had a bit of stick from police and locals on several occasions as you have to drive down the pedestrianised but of laugavegur to get to the parking. One of the locals said we had to have a residents permit. Can you get one for hire cars? Other than that perfect

The pictures were misleading since this listing is for more than one apartment and we got an apartment that didnt look the same as the one we thought we booked

Very comfortable apt. centrally located, many shops nearby including grocery store
A local scolded us for driving on the section of Laugavegur street fronting the property without a permit, the local,said this street is a pedestrian walkway unless you have a permit which we didn’t have, he told us we could get ticketed for not having a permit, we advised the owner of this but did not get a response.

Great location, good apartment. Missing some amenities like paper towels, a corckscrew, extra pillows ect. But over all Super location, great value for money.

As down town as possible. Free parking is a huge plus for this area. Cute city view from living room.
