The property is in a beautiful building. It is very clean. The building is very secure.

Once I finally got settled which was troublesome, the final apartment was very nice, had a balcony, AC with heat/cool, good bed, was clean, quaint and tidy. It also has a scenic view of the mountains and an ok city view. The apartment manager was communicative once I was settled and did provide some things like a towel change half way through my stay.

The first night I flew in from out of country early in the morning. The apartment was not available until 5PM so I need to get a hotel room for the night. It was expensive and not convenient. The apartment management did improvise to compensate somewhat. I had no SIM card and am not fluent Spanish so could not contact them consistently upon arrival. I found it hard to find the correct building when I did it took me an hour to get in between the language barrier, not having a SIM card for consistent internet and slow to provide the apartment access. This was stressful. When i moved I fully unpacked then found out the AC didn’t work so I had to repackage and change apartments. It was very expensive. Good location but never included the service you would expect for premium price like garbage bags, a few bottles of water, and complete amenities. Soap dispenser was provided.

The location was reasonably safe and right next to a metro station. The building itself seemed very secure. Our host was very helpful and met us when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.

The utensils and such were a bit skimpy and we would have appreciated a few kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and oil and maybe a bottle of water to get us started. And while the checkin process was good, a bit more communication regarding how it works would have allayed our concerns about arriving in a new and somewhat intimidating city.

The room and facilities were very good as adviertised. No complains about it and happy with it. Location was very good too.

They charged me the 19% tax even though I am foreginer not resident in Chile and I wanted to pay in USD showing my passport and immigration card, which means I can avoid the tax. They were not aware of this (how is that possible!) and they charged me the 19% tax so if you are foreginer be careful to check this in advance with the property as it has been very disappointing from them as no one tried to solved this. They simply stopped replying my messages.

The attitude of service to solve any issues even if they were not their responsability. The apt was new, clean and nice. Any additional request, even if it was not originally demanded, was satisfied. Less than a block to the metro that is key in Santiago.

Those apt oriented to the east could have a better protection form the sun light.
