Location is fantastic. In the old city and close to the Temple and shopping and food and not very far from the airport. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is located close to the major sights. The hotel is a character building with good facilities, good restaurants and comfortable rooms. The staff allowed me a morning check-in which was very much appreciated after a long bus ride. Finally, the staff were able to book me a train ticket to Delhi- thanks Simranjeet 🙏

Posizione ottima per il Golden Temple e per la zona pedonale. Camera discretamente grande con doccia e bagno di buone dimensioni. Internet ben funzionante. Letto comodo e 4 cuscini. Aria condizionata efficiente.

Odore e profumazione ambienti troppo forte a volte nauseanti con essenze molto discutibili. Forte odore di scarico nel bagno. Stile e decorazioni troppo "particolari" con abbondanza di addobbi floreali in plastica, vecchi e polverosi (all'apparenza). La nostra camera era diretta sulla strada principale ed esattamente di fronte ad una moschea che notoriamente richiama i fedeli alla prechiera 5 volte al giorno con megafoni molto rumorosi. Purtroppo essendo all'interno del raggio di 1km dal Tempio, non è permessa la vendita di alcol all'interno della struttura. Non è neppure permesso portare all'interno cibo da fuori. Un Hotel con tante restrizioni. Prima di lasciarci andare dopo il check out, ci hanno fatto aspettare in reception che un incaricato verificasse lo stato della camera nonostante l'assenza di minibar....

Staff were VERY friendly, welcoming and helpful, everything I needed as a solo female traveller Room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked well Convenient location as I had come solely to visit Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) as it was a 10-15 minute walk Room service and food was great

Small leak in my bathroom Feels a bit unsafe in the early hours of the morning (2-5am) to walk alone but there were rickshaws waiting outside and staff helped with this
