the location and views from this place were amazing. As someone who is a holiday snob and used to lush holidays I was apprehensive about this place but it exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to go back.

Not having daily housekeeping took some getting used to.

Very close to the beach, and beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Staff was nice and friendly. You have everything you need near to the hotel.

Good location, room 31 over pool, side ocean view was very nice looking north east at the beach, with two balconies, small one in room and larger one in living-room. Nice kitchenette, confortable beds. Good linens, save. Nice pool, loungers and parasols. Good AC with a separate contrôler in bedroom. Overall a nice place, nice little beach town with many decent restaurants on the boardwalk and on the main streets.

Shower drain and bathroom sink drains didn't empty correctly and caused some water to go onto bathroom floor from the shower. So had to stop the water during my showers to allow it to drain. No exhaust fan in bathroom so it gets very hot and humid in the bathroom. Floor was dirty although it doesn't show due to its color. Found out when using a white towel to pick up some clean water on the floor. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods for the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We had to buy a 16 pack at a local supermarket, witch was more then we needed and not until the second morning as although we asked for the type of machine before arriving, we were told we will see when we arrive...my wife then noticed later during our stay, that they actually sell the pods at the front desk for a slightly higher fee...but we were never told that. We had to ask for cereal bowls as there were none in the room. Would have been good to have a soap pump for the dish soap. They provided two small bottles of dish soap which we had to poor out by hand every time we wanted to wash something. There is no parking facility, so you must find your own street parking. We were there in mid-Sept and I was able to find fairly close (max 500m) street parking every night but I suspect it could get harder to find parking in the middle of the summer. Had one night (the Saturday) were we heard some loud live music coming from the emergency exit door at the end of the hallway which was facing the south/west corner of the building. This was pretty far from our room. Although once in our room the volume was low enough to not bother our sleep. I would suspect however that rooms on the west side of the building near the street, would have had a front row seat to the show....

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Can Picafort

the best apartment in Mallorca we have been to in the last six years! Everything was top quality "from top to toe" - cleaning, comfortable beds, modern and stylish furniture, the place itself ... The owner is very kind and friendly, he has pays a unique attention to detail, everything was just perfect! We will happily recommend this place to our friends and family.

if there was a possibility of half board, it would be just superb

They need to install one more furniture/rack for clothes. There is a one in bedroom, but in case of 4 people this is not enough.

Everything! it was a 2 minute walk from the beach! The staff were so friendly & nice! everything was kept so clean. would highly recommend!

Right next to the beach. Apartment with an amazing sea view, comfy bed, equipped kitchen. Clean, big bathroom with a shower. Many stores and restaurants around.

Thanks for the huge terrace and ease of communication. Jordi did what he could to make us have a great stay. The apartment is real good value for money.

I wish only that it was cleaned better. it is a pity because cleanliness is something that can be easily fixed.

The apartment had everything you need to cook a basic meal. Coffee machine and kettle available. Nice shower. Clean towels available. Clean and comfortable apartment!

We didn't have a double bed in our room, there were 2 single beds together instead. No toaster.

The apartment was not well cleaned. The next cleaning was lousy too. Chipped coffee cups and kitchen utensils were missing. There are no parking spaces, but it is because of the proximity to the sea and the promenade.
