The beds are two single beds pushed together that are quite uncomfortable Not a criticism of the hotel itself but mostly German guests with all German tv channels rather than English in the room. The swimming pool was not as large as it appeared on the images online. Some of the meal times were difficult for us as a couple. lunch from 12:30-13:30 then dinner from 18:30-20:30, as we usually prefer to eat a bit later, but then again good for young families.

We were really happy with the location of the hotel which is about 3 minutes from the beach! We also had a huge room with a balcony and then a winding staircase up to a second private balcony with a day bed.

The food for breakfast was really quite bad it was cold and looked it it has been sitting out for hours. The twin beds weren’t great as they separate and when you are a couple a double bed would have been much better! A lot of the staff don’t speak much English only Spanish and German so that was difficult at times!

Location is the best. The hotel is literally on the beach. There is an easy connection with the airport by bus. Hotel is clean and modern. Food is fresh and there are many options what to eat. Personal is nice and kind.

We had all inclusive and there was no bottled water. We were forced to go and ask for small cup of water every time we were thirsty. We ended up with buying big bottles of water. There were no snack between main courses. We would appreciate fruit for ex. We also didn’t like night entertainment. Every night there was a fotball, commented in german language. We were jelous on next hotel where nice music was played. Beds seemed to be poor quality and there is no choice of kingbed.

We were in the best room of the hotel, suite with side sea view. Unfortunately the sofa and bed are not stable. They can move very easily due to the roller assembled on the leg. And there are not locking device for the roller. So you can't really sleep or sit on them. Very hard. In the bathroom it lack of place for put things on. Every thing should put on the ground. The worst and terrible thing in this hotel is lack of pravicy. They refuse to give the signboard for no disturb. The reason is due to the covid situation, which I can't really follow. There was many times the room service just come in, while we are in intimate moment. And you can't lock the door. If someone don't want expose yourself, finger away from this hotel

Whilst there was plenty of variety with the food options, 4 days of buffet was more than enough.
