The first thing I need to mention is the staff. JS Sol, you have an astonishing team of people. They are always there for you, always smiling and always ready to help.
I hope that you are doing everything you can to hold on to them.
The hotel is located in a great location. It is really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. The rooms are a little dated, but everything is functional. You will have a good variety of food, but the quality could be improved.
- Rooms need better sound isolation. Chairs on the balcony need padding on their feet so that they are not screeching on the ceramic tiles. The sound is awful and people are constantly moving their chairs. You can also hear everything from the hallways.
- The queen bed has two separate mattresses, which is usually not a problem, but this bed doesn't have side panels which causes the mattresses to slide constantly and move by even the slightest movement.
- By far the worst thing is INTERNET SPEED.. Hotel has a good coverage, but the speed is atrocious. The best I got was 1Mbps, but usually it was less than that. This is completely unacceptable in today's times.

Pool area a little outdated but had plenty of sunbeds and was clean. It doesn’t make clear that pool is shared with other JS hotels so isn’t adults only. Our room was overlooking main road which could be a little noisy at night.

The location is just perfect, close to the beach and centre with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed rich breakfast and dinner in JS Can Picafort.

There was a lot of breakfasts to choose from and it was all really delicious
Our door didn’t lock and we were told ‘it’s okay, you’re in Mallorca’ and then we couldn’t get into our room and we’re treated like we were stupid until they realized the battery on the door needed replacing

Location is excellent only few meters from beach.
Rooms were big.
The food was very good, plenty to choose from.
The overall cleanliness was not that good. Regular room cleaning was not that thorough, we had cigarette ash under the armchair, which we noticed when we moved it. It was not cleaned during the stay even though it was clearly visible. Also there was dust under beds.
Wi-Fi was miserable. I rather change to my cellular data.

The lady at reception, she was excellent in every manner, nothing was too much trouble, an asset to the group, don't loose her, I can't remember her name, she's not Spanish, she has worked there a while. I would stay there just because she was so kind.

Tap water in Mallorca may be unhealthy in select locations. The coffee/tea maker available in the restaurant was powered by chlorinated salt water. Additionally, at dinner time it was covered by a window blind and could not be used ;)
