Cleanliness of shower room

Nice place’ very clean near at bus station and anlot of restaurants..

1. Big room with a view 2. Washing machine 3. Good privacy as beds were separated by dividing wall 4. Easy location to shops and markets

1. There were cockroaches in the room twice 2. Rooms a little worn down compared to the first time I visited the property 3. Cleaners insisted on coming in when we were still in room when we requested for a delay of 5-10 miniutes since we were almost leaving the room. They only emptied the bins and gave us new towel but did not tidy up the room at all 4. No dryer or place to dry the clothes 5. Only one room card - had to pay a deposit to get a second

i am doubting about i like it.

i wanna ask first. what is 4 star definition. who value this hotel(i dont want to call this building hotel even lol)? firsr of all. the room is kinda dirty and they give torn towel(i guess they dont have house keeper). who can believe 4 star hotel doesnt provide regular towel. second bath cleanliness was terrible. tons of stain and dirt on glass. other thing room size was good, bed mattress is okay to neat sleep.(but it also depends on person, my mom did not satisfy.) and floor, sofa they coated on shallow dirt. i thought i was in castle of harry potter wizard which was obsolete facility. i d paid almost 83000 won including tax (also containing breakfast). somebody can also say this price is reasonable, but for me. heck no. lol for whom think cost and sleep the most. i recommend this lodging. but i dont gurantee you guys satisfaction( will be changed to negative)

Good location. It is lactated in the middle of Seogwipo and quite close to a traditional market. Staff are very friendly.

Sorry that I have to say the cleaness and maintenance didn’t meet basic standards. Simply it wasn’t clean enough.

The location was excellent! Many buses nearby, good restaurants and some attractions. The size of the room was nice as well as the view from the windows. The beds were comfy.

There were many issues with our room. Room 903! The first time we used the toilet we noticed an odd smell that quickly filled up the room. By the next morning it was gone. On our second day there was a leak coming from the room upstairs. Every time someone took a shower, the ceiling would leak right over the dining table!! But it gets worse, on our last night we walked into the room after staying out the entire and the smell was AWFUL! Like someone had pooped and spread it all around the room. We looked in the toilet and found brown liquid leaking off the side and into the toilet, quite clearly a SEWAGE LEAK. When we brought it to the attention of staff, there were unapologetic and unhelpful. They sent what they called an “engineer” to try and fix the problem. This “engineer” came with blankets for the water leak and Fabreeze for the smell! There’s sewage leaking sir!! Fabreeze ain’t going to help. We begged the staff to switch us to another room but they refused. Didn’t do anything at all not even help us call another hotel to stay. This all happened around 11pm and we had to pack our bags and leave. Will never stay at this hotel EVER AGAIN!!

The new staff in the other building did not have the ability to work alone, but she wanted customers to understand it and the attitude was not professional at all. This hotel is different from the picture and the cleanliness is very poor.

Location excellent.easily accessible on public transport.walking distance to sea and waterfalls. Huge room.

It was near a lot of shops and a few activities.

It was run down. The pictures of the rooms are not what it looked like in real life and we paid for a room with a “view” but the only view we got was the back alley where they put the trash...

Definately not worth the money. Facilty seems tired and not well kept, and not very clean. Pretty sure my bed bug bites are from this hotel, me and my partner had red bite marks all over after staying here 2 nights. Odd layout, seems like a failed condo project converted to a hotel. Has a kitchen that is not usable but large fridge. Site says washing and drying facilities in room, there is a washer but need to ask fir a rack for drying. My 1st room had the horrible gassy ammonia smell coming from the washroom so I asked for a new room, which they granted immediately so seems staff was aware of this issue.

It was big room

the bed was strange, too old... furniture too old and toilet smells too much. Dust was everywhere, even in the phone & in the kitchen lamp was the spiderweb. Only two bottle of water for 5 person. Bidet exist,,, but doesn’t work... No robs, toothpaste, brush... 4 stars? It seems 2stars has run away at least 10 years ago... The breakfast was ok, but not enough fresh vegetables. No fish & chicken dish at all. No boiled eggs. Do not want to come back again... thats all.

Deluxe room was very large and comfortable.

Very clean and spacious rooms, even has a washing machine and a bidet. Great location.

It pains me to give a low rating as I really like the front desk staff, the location and the big size. This was my third time staying at the hotel. The last time was 2 yrs ago. I was disappointed but expected the ocean view to be blocked by half due to a new building in front so that is sad but ok. But I did not expect the cleaniless to drop so much. The hotel really needs to improve the cleaning of the rooms as there is black mould on the silicon in bathrooms, dustballs and dust that were visible. The cooker hood had a thick layer of dust for example and the red sofa is so old they need to throw it out instead of covering with a dirty red cloth..Worse is a thick layer of dust with dustballs was visible in the long hole behind the sofa! Just when I adapted to this I saw short black hair that did not belong to me on the bed and floor almost every day. And there was a Spider spinning its web in the living room!!! Also there is a lot of pigeon shit on the ledge outside the window on the 7th floor and windows were dirty. Really gross. I really hope the management will do something to improve the hotel's cleanliness and facilities and please do change the awfully old and dirty red sofas and also the towels that look greyish and old. The staff btw are really nice and helpful. I might stay here.again but only if there are improvements to the cleanliness as I do like the room size and location of hotel.
