Tout était bien et nous avons bien apprécié le parking et l'accessibilité. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et avec des horaires pratiques

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je me sentais bien et je dormais très bien. La chambre était comme j’aime. Le personnel vraiment gentil et nous avons pu communiquer en français. L’hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de l’aéroport en bus qui est au prix de 4€ à l’aéroport. Le bus se trouve à 400m de l’hôtel pour aller en ville pour seulement 1,40€. L’emplacement est top! Je recommande

Bed was comfortable the place was easy short drive from airport. We just wanted a quick overnight stop near to main road with somewhere to park car.

When we arrived the ticket in car park wouldn't work as the machine was broken. We went to front desk to ask for help the guy there basically refused to help because it was late at night and he was on his own. But he didn't tell us what to do. Another hotel guest came and helped as he said he'd had the same problem he spent about 30 mins with us but he couldn't sort it out either. We then had to queue at lobby...the hotel is in a different building to car park. The guy at the desk couldn't have gone any slower and really was quite unhelpful, the people in front of us were asking for something from the fridge and he refused to get it. The room was incredibly basic. Next time we'll go to the other ibis which is literally next door and hopefully doesn't have issues with the car park. In the end it took us about 45mins to check in at midnight.

Room was very beutiful and comfortable. I stayed there for one night before my flight.

Aurito- The rudest staff member iv met at any hotel! Arrived at 12 pm tired with kids for an airport stopover, was spoken to like dirt by this rude staff member. No welcome, no smile, attitude and then told us, “you can stay here or go elsewhere,” “how am i meant to know your name” after passports were given. Disgusting and rude attitude not sure if others are treated this way?!

Clean, predictable hotel room

I booked and paid for a vegan breakfast. The only effort made to provide a vegan breakfast was some out of date and lumpy soya milk. There were no labels identifying dairy content therefore it was impossible to know what was suitable. The staff were very unhelpful when asked about this and suggested I go to the shops.

Great hotel for a stop over before going to the airport. Five minute walk to bus stop and then 4 euro trip in. Very basic but clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant and very good breakfast for 5 euros. Dinner in main Ibis was pretty good value.

i asked room for me and my twins 5 years old but one bed was not done and we arrived at 1h am so they both slept with me on same bed we were tired

In general, İBİS is a standardized hotel group and it was clean. The extra breakfast (6,20 EUR/adult) was also OK.

The room is extremely small. The hair dryer is subject to deposit and the desk personnel do not tell this during check in, so you have to go downstairs again when you decide to get it. Location is like 15-20 mins driving to the city center which is not good for tourists except that of airport users. English level of the desk personnel is too low.

When we entered the room the smell of smoke was unbearable. We tried to sleep but one hour later we couldn't stand that intense smell. We asked the receptionist if we could change the room since we noticed that the next to ours was available but he was extremely rude, said it wasn't possible and suggested that we use an air freshener! Unacceptable! So we left the room and had to find another hotel at 1am in the morning. I think Ibis should be aware of this unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour of Ibis Budget Seville.
