Management way too serious, issues with WIFI which the staff were too quick to dismiss as a telstra tower issue, rather than provide assistance. The issue was just getting the password spelt correctly.

Central location to all amenities. Located on the highway. Easily sign posted. Visible signs to see even if you arrive after hours

There was a bit of dust on the headboard in one of the rooms. The microwave needs updating.

The staff were abusive for no reason and lodged a harassment report. Still not refunded. Awaiting legal action.

This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in with all the little details just perfect.

Dated and Overpriced at $350 for two nights there was a single extra bed 🛏 in room not by choice and we were charged an extra 30$ per night for using it the same even if you place your bag on it WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I Would suggest staying elsewhere in York

Perfect location, although we didn't have meals provided, so I can't comment on meals. Beds were comfy. Nice, but small kitchen area. Gardens are very well maintained. The motel is in a quiet area and I couldn't hear any road traffic. The actual buildings looked well maintained from the outside as well.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. I got a 1 bedroom with extra beds in the living area, the bathroom wasn't shared unless it's shared with those staying in the apartment. The apartment was a big disappointment. Don't mind paying the money for the room if I get what was advertised. The overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. Inside the microwave, under the tray was filthy, I picked up the breadboard on the counter and there were food scraps underneath. The freezer shelves were rusty. The outdoor seating area was nice, but it was covered in dust and there were huge amounts of cobwebs - there was also a huge spider inside that we couldn't remove. The sliding glass door looked like someone - a kid probably - had put their fingers all over it, and it hadn't been cleaned since. Could do with some block out curtains - especially in the living area sleeping area.

Signs e.g. any disturbance to the spare single bed would cost you $30, due to Covet (I think they meant COVID) the hot water pump was restricted to 4 hrs morning and night??, if you failed to pay $4 for water bottle if used, they would charge you an extra $20 plus the $4. I don't think all the signage was necessary and the water restrictions did not make sense. Very dated and dark. Not much sound proofing, quite noisy including other units plumbing.
