I felt really comfortable and cared for given that Ifeoma Remembered me from my last visit and had them place orthopedic bed in my room, This I find really proactive and service oriented. Kudos to the whole team!

The hotel was alright and kind of met my expectation considering the fact of it being a world standard level. However, there are somethings that should be reformed in order for it to meet the expectations of all its visitors.

I had a major incident with the staff from the restaurant and the chef, an incident that made me so furious. I was lodging alongside my brother, we checked in at almost midnight, after getting our key we headed to the restaurant for a late dinner, after placing our order, I went back to my room to make an important phone call that lasted for about 30mins, I was afraid that my food might get cold not knowing the fact that the chef already told the waiter to revoke our order because he was busy with the hotel guests. As I walked back to the restaurant, I found my brother still waiting for the order, and the waiter walked up towards us to tell us that the chef rejected our order because we were not hotel guests, after explaining to the waiter that we were hotel guests, he literally replied by saying "Oh I did not expect that because we usually have white people around here and not people like you". That statement made me realize the lack of professionalism and lack of respect those staff have, especially the arrogant chef that thought low of us because we came from the Northern part of the country with northern attires. I hope there will be some serious reform in that establishment, especially in human relations as that is the basic root to any perfection. Although I had really good experiences with Radison blu hotels but this one was certainly a disappointment. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Best Bashir

Stayed in a suite, but wasn't impressed with the look and feel of the suite. It felt dated and not so much value for money. Considering the premium rooms have been remodeled, i would expect the suite to also be remodeled to have a more contemporary look and feel. Also the toiletries in the suite was the same with standard and premium rooms- this should be reviewed. A guest staying in your suite should have a sense and feel of luxury. That was missing from my 3 night stay.

Really helpful with airport transfers

Everytime I book at this hotel there is a battle about what is and is not included in the bill . When I booked via booking it states breakfast is included , but not the case when I get to the hotel . You need a degree to try and figure out the invoice and bill despite having Google to help with currency exchange . Very misleading and staff are not helpful. Took 3 days to understand why breakfast was included on one room and not the other and why this was allowed to be the case why booking Also all buttons on internal phone ( e.g room service) we’re constantly engaged , until my colleague said to press 9 for any help .
