I will appreciate if booking.com could investigate my complaint
I need a full refund as the management have been dishonest. I made my needs and requirements known to the hotel prior to my arrivals. There was a response confirming that all my needs will be met.
Their response below is disgustingly irresponsible.
Booking.com should not allow this type of dishonest behaviour to tarnish their brand
Booking .com can confirm my previous bookings around the world , I have never been let down until I travel to Nigeria.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, I had to wait 45 minutes before receiving the keys to my room.
Despite clearly stating my specific needs during the booking process, none of my requests were met. As a disabled guest, I had requested accommodations such as a raised toilet with hand grips and a shower, but these were not provided.
Additionally, I requested to speak with the manager regarding these issues, but despite several attempts, my calls were never returned. Although this was just a one-night stay, the level of service I experienced did not justify the amount I paid. The staff were unprofessional and seemed more focused on receiving tips than providing quality service.
The hotel’s decor is outdated, and the furniture and equipment need an upgrade. There was also no privacy in the bathroom, as no screen was provided between the toilet and the rest of the room, making it inconvenient for any guest who might have visitors.
There are several areas where significant improvements are needed to enhance the overall experience for customers.
Given that my stay was far below the expectations set, I would like to formally request compensation for the substandard service I received.

We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the steps that were taken during your recent stay and provide further clarity on the situation.
Upon your arrival, we experienced an IT issue that unfortunately caused your booking not to reflect in our system, a problem we have since resolved. Regrettably, we were not aware of this issue until you arrived, which contributed to the delay you faced during check-in.
As soon as this matter came to our attention at a late hour, the night auditor immediately escalated the situation to our Reservation Manager.

Nice, clean, functional hotel for a conference I attended. Very close to the airport too!
No coffee pods in room for coffee machine. No ‘diet/sugarfree’ soft drinks at the bar. Bar menu slightly limited. Lack of beer options too, some craft beer would have been nice.

Charging a guest as much as NGN100,000 to have a photo shoot within the facility is outrageous and quite disappointing

It feels like a second home
The staff needs to be coordinated with guest requests. Handover from previous staff on duty seems to not be properly done as new staff on duty find it difficult to follow through on requests.
