* Location was the best, 12 min to Colosseo and 5 min to Santa Maria Maggiore, 5 min to the nearest M station, 15 min to central (bus, train, metro) station - TERMINI (all distances given above: on foot) * Great breakfast, despite it was typical Italian breakfast, there were many kinds of food: toasts, jam, nutella, butter, eggs (there was special device to boil the eggs), ricotta cheese, cereal, yoghurts, apples; there were also plenty of drinks: coffee, tee, water (sparkling and still), hot chocolate, milk. The greatest thing was morning delivery of FRESH WARM PASTRIES: croissants, donuts and French pastries * The staff was very nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage after checking-out * The room and the bathroom were very clean, garbage taken out and beds made every day * Self check-in very comfortable, clear directions

* There were only 2 blankets in the room for 4 people. The nights in the beginning of May were not so warm, and thin sheets instead of duvets were not enough. I covered the children with those 2 blankets and I didn't sleep almost the whole night. The staff was helpful and extra blankets were given us next day. Moreover we were informed how to use the air-conditioning to warm up the room. I am writing this note: - to future guests: please consider whether it is not worth asking for extra blankets as a special request - to the hosts: please consider whether the instructions for air conditioning in the room would not be useful. * Very low speed internet * It would be nice if breakfast started at 8:00 instead of 8:30

Buena ubicación

Struttura in ottima posizione, vicino a piedi sia alla stazione Termini che alla zona del Colosseo e Piazza Venezia. Metro a pochi passi. Nonostante la via rumorosa la mia camera dava sull'interno del palazzo, l'affaccio non era bello ma sicuramente silenzioso rispetto all'esterno. Camera con bollitore e TV, letto abbastanza comodo. Personale gentile, colazione ok se si cerca quella di base italiana (brioche e caffè). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, soluzione consigliata per 1-2 notti. Molto gentile la ragazza alla reception che ci ha fatto trovare la camera pronta già la mattina.

Il letto era alla francese, non matrimoniale e la camera pulita ma in generale con poca cura per i dettagli. Per me riscaldamento davvero troppo alto (ho dovuto aprire le finestre in camera) e purtroppo poca insonorizzazione rispetto al corridoio esterno.

The only thing is that the hairdryer was attached to the wall for good and you had to hold the turn on button once you were using it, not very convenient.

The location and David who arranged the check i the staff whose willing to help and listen to my concerns at the reception and always in touch to guests concern inspite informing there is no wifi . He apologized for what happend Unlike the morning staff lady during check out which is rude inspite of explaining everything and giving my comments on their property
