We booked an executive suite. Stayed 3 days. It was really big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helping. English was not excellent, but enough for basic communication. Haven't tried the pool and restaurants, so can't review.

So far the only thing we didn't like was the drainage system. Expect to have a lake in the bathroom on every shower lasting more than 2 mins.

To start we’re vegetarians so we don’t eat meant or fish and we expected a buffet breakfast like the photos shown ie waffles/pancakes/cereal (western options) but there was literally only Vietnamese dinner options, that all had meat. we had to ask for eggs to be cooked for us and even then they were served with meat on the plate which we didn’t ask for. we explained multiple times that we’re vegetarians and I don’t think they understand. they were unable to make pancakes on our request. The first 3 days we had late lie ins because it was raining, so we had our do not disturb button on, and still the housekeeping came to knock on the room and ring the bell. On the third morning they actually let themselves in while we were sleeping. They also have advertised that they have a restaurant but the restaurant isn’t open which we found to be extremely inconvenient as this was not mentioned prior to booking. We also rang down on one of the nights to request someone bring a bowl and chopsticks and they couldn’t because ‘they didn’t have staff’ but when I came down to get one myself he took me to the kitchen to get it anyway, so he could have just brought it up to the room. 5 star hotel with no room service? On the final morning of our stay there was evacuation siren played, making it out as though there was an emergency so we had to run down 9 flights of stairs to come down to someone telling us it’s just a drill! they said they’d tried to tell us but no one did as we were in the room all day. they did apologise afterwards. when we were checking out we were in a rush to catch the bus to the airport and they made us wait while they checked the minibar, we waited a few minutes but we had to leave and he said it was fine. we were then chased down by someone claiming we’d used two bottles of water in the fridge when we ensured to leave the ones had to pay for, he was insisting that we’d drank them but we checked before we left and they were definitely there.

spacious rooms. great views, lovely pool, great to have play room for toddler, breakfast was amazing. lovely staff.

showers didn’t drain well sharp and broken tiles around pool.

clean and close to shopping . also it isn’t far from the beach.

Good location and facilities, that was enough for a comfy stay.

Fitness center is not opened but not informative before the stay. The checkin was hassle and took long for checking.
