location okay and secured parking but for extra 10€ a night is a bit expensive

noisy room / poor heating ( had an electric heater in the floor ) / worn beds / the lamps on the bed side where all loose ready to fall and a lot of dirt inside . the cupboard doors worn and could not keep them shut .

Some of the furniture was broken/damaged , insects and dust in the room, one of the lifts weren’t working. Woke up with insect bites on multiple occasions, I’ve stayed there 4 times but this time was very disappointing. Staff were lovely and helpful however the state of the hotel rooms were disappointing

The room and the kitchen were clean and well equipped.

The staff members failed resolve the problem with the broken door lock within reasonable time. Lack of communication and professionalism led to several hours of wasted time.

The rooms were very well equipped and even had a small kitchen with basic items for cooking. The location was very good as it was super close to the event we were traveling to and there are some restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The staff was very friendly and helped to sort out a couple of issues (e.g. the room we got had double beds instead of single and the staff quickly gave us new rooms with single beds). The Wifi was sufficient to stream movies and to casual browse internet.

We have rented two rooms and one did not have working AC
