Staff were the best ever, always smiling, nothing too much trouble for them. Location was good, close to Garlic lane and very short walk to the beach. We had poolside rooms and that was very handy. Great value for price.

The food was ok but for the same money we chose to eat elsewhere.

Horrible staff, made us hand wash our own sheets cause of stains that came out straight away. Was going to make us pay $70 for the stains cause they couldn’t be bothered cleaning the sheets.

The staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy for the price. I like to stay here as it’s a fabulous location.

The drains at the front of the property have a terrible odour- Burning incense and cleaning them more often is more welcoming for guests!

Public toilet by pool had toilet paper as hand towel, therefore all stuck to my hands…. My shower head was about 70% blocked, Underground car park was very smelly and tidyness poor.

Excellent staff in Lobby, restaurant and room service. Nina in Reservations, replies quickly to emails and is very helpful.

Shower recess in ALL ROOMS too small, just over 60cm square. Meals, incl breakfast very nice. Evening entertainment always TOO LOUD every time we stay at Sun Hotel and Spa.

The staff were amazing hi five to each one . All staff from front house to back of house went out of there way to help in anyway. The lady in the dining with the long hair cant remember her name should be able to be in management . The way the younger staff looked up to her and how she treated them was beautiful, she is an asset to the hotel. Hi five to all 😀

I thought the pool was to cold, as the sun didn't get on it offen . Shower head not to good . Had trouble with the sink not opening.

The staff was really friendly. The room is spacious and quiet most of the times - in terms of neighbours and cleaning service. The location is great, 10 minutes from Legian beach. Lots of convenience stores next to it, as well as central location for Grab food drops. Price vs Quality almost unbeatable.

Unfortunately I was sick for most of my stay (4 days, I had just arrived from Thailand) - with a fever and sore throat. That was a problem considering the architechture/design of the hotel : the pool is in the center, with most of the rooms around it. There are some rooms facing the front street that probably don't suffer from this. It was also a local long weekend, with a public holiday on Thursday and people coming from all over the country to enjoy Bali. Bottom line, that means that there is constant loud noise coming from the pool. Kids screaming and shouting (starting at 8AM), youngsters making noise, late night pool users talking, dragging chairs and so on. It didn't help that I was on a high floor (4). It was not possible to rest or recover that much during most of the day. As a result of this setup, the pool is also almost 24h in the shade, which makes it very cold.

Apart from noisy neighbours, nothing to complain about! Maybe give the plants around the pool some water.
