Het hotel (Nederlandse invloed) ligt aan het, wat rustigere, begin van de levendige Braga street met heel veel eetgelegenheden. Wij verbleven daar tijdens een schoolvakantieweek in oktober, dus heel veel vakantievierende jeugd.
We hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel en geen last van de live music en gezelligheid/levendigheid aan de voorkant van het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en sevicegericht.
Het (warme) Indonesisch ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd, maar ben je dat warme Indonesisch 'sochtends een beetje beu, dan kom je niet verder dan een gebakken/gekookt ei op toast. Gelukkig is er buiten het hotel en vlakbij voldoende gelegenheid om anders dan warme nasi te ontbijten.
In de schone hotelkamer, met 2 goede eenpersoons bedden, waren helaas ook een hinderlijk brommende airco en een evenzo hinderlijk brommend koelkastje.

the front office staff wasn't fast response. one of them looked have a chit chat with a guess. while i were in the front office the staff gesture wasn't nice and clearly explain about the room that doesn't meet my booked. there were a noodle beside my bed. not a nice experience to stay here

Our room was upgraded to a better view. It was also spacious and very convenient. The location is amazing as well.

we have trouble coming to the hotel because of road closure. we tried to call the hotel, unfortunately no one pick up, only answering machine. we dicided to call next hotel (competitors), they picked up and offering staff guide to show the way.
we call so many times to this hotel, no one pick up. maybe lack of staff.
