Small cosy hotel. super location in (muslim) old town. Friendly staff.

Small rooms. Needs a little fixing-up.

Prime location, right at the heart of old Town. Good staff, comfy rooms.

Past due a renovation. Rooms are fine and cheap, but you get what you paid for. Bathroom is a bit moldy, room decor is very tired. Ok for a couple of nights, just to crash at night.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The location is highly central, making it very convenient to explore the center of Sarajevo. I wouldn't need to think twice before booking this place again. I highly recommend the comfort rooms.

This property could not be better located. Less than a minute to the heart of old town but tucked away from the noise and bustle. No need to worry about public transport as everything is walkable. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. You can’t miss by booking your accommodation here.

Just was a but noisy.

Location is just perfect, Bacarsija is starting literally round the corner. Basically, you're already there. Room (comfort double) was so nice and comfy, bathroom is really classy, and we had our free parking space in front of the hotel. Receptionist Lejla (with red hair) was extra friendly and helpful. Our tyre flat out, probably punctured on the trip, and she called a help for us who fixed it, and in the end they didn't want to take any money for it. She helped us to find restaurants and called them for us and overall gave us all the information we needed.

This cute little hotel has so much going for it - great location, nice rooms, good breakfast etc - but the thing that made it stand out as our favourite accommodation during our month long trip was Leila (I hope I spelt her name right) on the front desk. Leila was an absolute delight. She was warm and kind and gave us great advice and information about her city. She spoke so highly about her boss - and her workmate - something which I always admire in a person. So, yes, Hotel Lula is great, but Leila at Lula is the best. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The location is excellent, in the middle of the Old City and next to many restaurants and shops. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and breakfast is served as wished. Hotel has the old, historical charm. Staff is friendly and responsive to any needs. Lejla welcomed us and immediately clicked with our family, especially with my 85 years old mother. Lejla went far and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about area and gave us good recommendations where to eat and shop. Lejla's friendliness made our stay special. We would be back.

Location and the hotel staff are all good.

The location is perfect for exploring Sarajevo - it’s right in the centre of the old town, yet tucked away down a side alley so it is still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in three hours early. My room was spotless, had all the facilities that I needed and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was good - with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads and pies.

The stuff are so friendly. The location is pretty much close to the centre. The breakfast 😋 😍

The location is just perfect, room is nice and cozy and very clean.

What we didn't like are receptionists, two different persons but same behavior. They behave like they don't care about anything. Not friendly at all.

Very good location, 150 metres from the main square. Located at small street on the Old Town. Very nice climat. Hotel is small but good. Rooms are nice. Good breakfast in a tratidion style basement. Hotel staff was very friendly. Good knowledge of places to visit in the city, maps available at the front desk. Called a cheap taxi to the airport. I would stay there again with a pleasure when I am back to Sarajevo
