The apartment is top notch, well equipped, close to tram stop and very clean

Although I had booked the apartment for 4 people, the sofa bed was not setup and we had no bedding.

Location was very good. The ease of transportation. Close to Zurich center and lakeside park.

No directions on how to use the stove. No manual available.. No dishwashing soap. Bed was uncomfortable.

Apartment was very, very hot (heating), even though the thermostat was off. Window blinds were half down with no way to pull up

The property was in a great quiet location with direct access to city center via tram/bus. The bathroom was very clean and large and apartment size nice and spacious. The kitchenette was great for making breakfast in the mornings.

There was no live face to face reception however staff was very receptive via message and email. the beds were a bit firm to our liking and pillows could have definitely been better. The kitchen was a nice perk but would have appreciated more coffee enough for our stay with our family. But it was easy to purchase more at the market minutes away.

Everything was just perfect. Apartment was clean. Bed was very comfortable. We requested for the baby cot which was also provided, nicely arranged and very clean. Kitchen was spic and span and had all the utensils required. Stadelhofen and Oberhaus train station is just 7 minutes away which is very well connected to Zurich HB and other train networks. Tram station is just outside the apartment. Serene and quiet place with. many good restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. Really a perfect home for families in. perfect sense. I will choose this place again. Angelina and Diana were good.

the reason why I do not top rank today as I usually do is the absence of dishwasher as specified in my booking, microwave to cary again in this appartment, noisy due to ground floor on the street and tramway/ passage, very cold bathroom, difficulty to book a parking space. it’s a lot for 1 stay and returning customer for years.

location, kindness of the majority of staff, kindess of the cleaning staff/ housekeeping. Kitchen is fairly equiped too.

the location was ideal. there was a market just down the street, a tram stop just out the door, and a nice area. the amenities were perfect.

honestly, there wasn’t anything wrong with the property at all.

Building and apartment seemed either new or very recently renovated. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was relatively well stocked ( you will need to buy or bring essentials such as seasonings and oil).

The curtains in the living room didn't close all the way, so there was no way to block the sun in the morning. Our apartment was facing the street with the tram and it was fairly loud. The elevator is tiny (only fits one person with one small suitcase). Also, the induction stove would only react to my husbands fingers, I couldn't turn it on or off. Not much is within walking distance, we took the tram everywhere.

close to the city center, the structure is well organized and for a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids was perfect.

everything to be managed by remote. but overall it’s not a problem as they answer to the phone very quickly

Whilst it was conveniently located near the tram stop, unfortunately that meant it was quite noisy especially at night from the tram sound

It was clean and comfortable .

Although the location of this property was grate , while you sleeping, the noise of tramways were disturbing.

the apartment is newly refurbished and renovated and in a very immaculate condition. it had everything and it had it in class. the bedroom had a nice balcony with a view to a nice and cozy neighborhood.

3 things: 1. the living room overlooks the main street so you will be hearing the sounds of the trams passing by every 15 minutes as you have to open the windows on a hot day. 2. No washing machine was available. 3. elevator was so tiny you have to make a trip for each luggage bag.

It was very clean and neat

Unfortunately it was very loud.. because of the Tram and the Street right in front of the appartment. And very hot in summer, no aircon but luckily a ventilator!

Äusserst unkomplizierter Check in und Check out

Nice location, easy check-in, comfortable beds, we had everything that we need for two days. Even excellent view from the terrace in addition.

Location is very nice and right next to tram station. The apartment had all the latest amenities one would dream in their vacation home. Safety features are spot on with secured compound. Kitchen were equipped with all necessary items. Had requested for extra bed and was arranged in hall. Had umbrella in the property and helped us in rain. Yamaha music system was a cherry on top of the cake.

There is no clear instruction to collect the key at the time of checkin. We requested additional umbrella aa it was raining. Eventhough the contact centre staff told us to collect from house keeping, no one was available to assist.

in mid season my appartment was cold which is unusual (I’m a returning customer), but the technical team came and we find a solution.
