Nikolas the owner was so helpful and went out if the way to help me make my time special. I would recommend this to everyone. The apartment was perfect.

Loved this place. Very clean, close to the main strip and the beautiful beaches in the area. Most of all, Nikolas was really helpful.

Great location - close to the beaches, a shop nearby. Parking, friendly host, everything was clean.

I would prefer that warmer blanket would be stored in closet or something so that I don’t have to contact the host if needed.

Excellent location, proximity to Fig tree bay, and Turtle Island. Beautiful walk paths. The place is very clean and with 3 windows in the room it is filled with sunlight.

One needs to get friendly with tiny ants. They are everywhere. Make sure to properly seal your food

Nicolas and his wife were so accommodating and welcoming. They are very friendly and I felt like I was staying with close friends than just renting a room. Nicolas was always available for anything we needed with our room or just info about Cyprus. The place was very clean and although there is no smoking allowed the room we were going to stay in smelled a little like smoke so Nicolas gave us a free upgrade. I even brought the wrong charging adapter and he just let me use one of his then let me keep it! If you have a family or really want some peace and quiet this is the place to stay.

Not much to say about what we did not like. Everything worked great. Only thing we lacked was a washer so don’t expect that. We washed a few clothes by hand and dried them on the clothes rack.

It's a very great appartment in a very comfortabe position of protaras, right by the bus stops so you can reach ayia napa within 10 min and other nearby beaches and restaurants, also 2 min away from an ATM machine and a couple of supermarkets open till late at night, and a couple of minutes distance from great beaches. I have to say i Really enjoyed my stay, the place i got was spacious enough for two people to stay in, the price was very reasonable especially that you wouldn't expect such facilities in a very touristic area as protaras for such a good price, the appartment had all the commodities from a stove to microwave to a coffee machine, dishes etc..., 2 Balconies one with a great scenery of the sea, with much access for sunlight. comfortable and well equipped. What's most appreciatable is how available the owner's complete availabilty was: The night before i had my flight i lost the key to the apartment, I called the owner around 3 a.m. ( i had to be at the airport at 6), i had the spare key handed to me within 15 minutes, in the middle of the night. I would reccomend this compound of appartments to almost anyone who would want to visit the region.

Great overall experience. Perfect communication with Nikolas, the host. He is a truly friendly person, responding quickly to any questions we had. Comfy beds. Perfect shower/bathroom. Great location. Great, modern apartment. A happy family stay of 5. We had an additional futon bed and it all worked perfectly: three kids in one room and the parents in the other room. Just great!

In the apartment you can use the Nespresso coffee machine. You can buy coffee pods in Lidl which is nearby or in the Costa coffee shop in town centrum.

It was simply perfect. The location is great, at a short walking distance from the beach. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The host was also very nice and made us feel at home. The kids loved everything. I deeply recommend these great suites.

Very easy to find as right near the main road. Approx 50min drive from Larnaca airport at night on clear roads. Communicative owner. Contacted to inform of delayed flight and thus possibly of a very late arrival. Made it very easy get keys and access the suite. Room was surprising larger than expected and very clean. Was very happy after the long ordeal of getting to Cyprus. Full instructions provided on laminated sheet placed on table and a conversion plug just in case. Excellent. It seems only the top floors have a decent sea view. My room had two balconies. One facing to the main road, and one to the side where there was a table and chairs to relax, Very good amenities. Excellent location. Close walk to beach, but I used it as a base to travel the whole of the east coast. Not far from local shops. Would happily stay there again..

The only 2 things I didn't like but are my opinions only. Bed mattress was a bit hard for my liking, though this seemed to be the norm in Cyprus and I got used to it. Also, despite mentioning its excellent location, it is right next to the main and thus the sound of traffic and passing cars is noticable in the early morning. Not much of an issue in late January when I went when it seemed much of Cyprus seemed to be in slumber.

Really good location with nice beaches nearby and a short drive to cape Greco. Comfortable and clean.

Kitchen not particularly well equipped and shower difficult to get right pressure and temperature.

A very pleasant place to stay, everything offered was suitable. Spacious, clean and bright rooms with a terrace that has sea wiew. Clean living and a good attitude from Nikolas.
