Very basic facilities, no tea towel, no toaster, no dishcloth, room not made up when requested, only towels renewed but nothing cleaned.

No maid service or cleaner during our 3 night stay. Bins were full and we had to ask at reception for the shower gel and toilet paper to be replenished.

The view from the apartment was spectacular. The apartment was modern and spacious and well laid out. The staff were helpful and polite. The added bonus was the hottub on the balcony which was fantastic. It was very centrally located for the area and had lovely shops and cafes as part of the apartment block.

The bin hadn't been emptied in the kitchen and was over flowing. The hottub could have been cleaner and wasn't cleaned to a high standard but still usable. The room overall was clean.

No oven, no staff throughout the night (fire alarm went off and we didn’t know what to do). Better hairdryer needed

The room is VERY small for three people Bathroom needs refurbishment and equipments don't function properly.

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment, 3 in the executive room with hot tub, and had to book an extra night in the standard room after our flight got cancelled. Location was very good, less than €5 to Old Town by Uber or a 20 min walk, but didn't walk as we had our two year old, and the pavements in Dubrovnik aren't pushchair friendly. The view from the terrace was amazing, and the hot tub was so nice after a busy day in town. The terrace was also very large. The hotel is on the 3rd floor above a small shopping centre, which I found fine, as there was a cafe and shop downstairs to stock up on supplies, but my wife thought it was a bit strange. The receptionist, Ana, was also very helpful, and they replied to messages very quickly. They also let us store our luggage (on what we thought was our last day) as we had an evening flight.

A few minor issues about our stay. The sink was slow draining in the bathroom sink, we notified reception in the morning and by the evening when we returned to the room, it was fixed. The shower didn't have a rail to hang the shower head on, so you had to hold it. No daily housekeeping, and you have to tell them the day before if you want the room cleaned. Lastly, for the first two nights, they had given us two single duvets instead of a double, and when I asked on the second day, it was apparently too late for the housekeeping to give me a double, so had to wait for the 3rd night.

Some non essential fixtures were broken in the room.

It was a lovely apartment and the view from the balcony was better than the photographs. Location is great with a number of buses near by which will take you to the old town in minutes. Staff very helpful and apartment clean and well stocked.

A toaster is needed. We had a flooding issue on our first night and woke to the floor covered in water. There was very heavy rain in the night and a number of apartments were flooded. The staff had the place cleaned on our return that evening and we had no other issues with this.

well located within walking distance of ferry terminal and bus stops. Nice view over the harbour.

Bed were really terrible and linen and towel replacement long overdue. Curtains are falling off the rails, and chair on balcony were broken, and actually hurt myself when I sat on it and fell through

Location was excellent with an amazing view from our bedroom. The apartments are within a shopping complex which is very secure and safe. Everything you need all in the one place. The staff were more than welcoming and very friendly, any request was no issue from arrival to departure. Fabulous place to stay, which I would highly recommend.

The view was awesome! located right above a restaurant and a shopping centre (e.g chemist) so everything we needed was super accessible. the staff were really kind and helpful. the room was clean and well presented.

the apartment is right in front of the harbor, so you have a beautiful view and it’s a convenient location, if like I was, was embarking on a ship cruise. on the last day I couldn’t extend for a late check out but the hotel staff nicely keep my luggages without extra charges until I could check into my boat. The walk the the old town was not too long neither (20min slowly) and you can follow the coastline for beautiful views.

The payment had to be in cash only. Also there was no room cleaning service.

location perfect, quiet and stunning view

location to collect keys not very well marked nor the apartments name on the center. when walking from street required to ask various people whereabouts of the apartments. Building also contains more then 1 lift

The location and the view and the staff were amazing . the apartment was beautiful.

Thr mattress and sofa were not very comfortable. also would have been nice if we had some coffee and coffee machine or pot in our room.

The apartment is well equipped and has a balcony with stunning view. The staffs are lovely and helpful. The apartment is located in front of the port where you can get the boat trips to the most famous islands . in addition there many restaurants and all the facilities . We highly recommend this place .
