ElyRose è un appartamento spazioso e illuminato di recente e prestigiosamente ristrutturato, situato al 5 ° piano (con ascensore) di un elegante palazzo antico a pochi metri da Santa Maria Maggiore, una delle quattro basiliche principali di Roma, nella vivace Monti distretto, a soli 150 mt dalle stazioni della metropolitana di Vittorio Emanuele (linea A) e 250 mt dalla Stazione Cavour (linea B). È proprio nel mezzo del Colosseo e della Stazione Termini. Questo appartamento di 120 mq è la scelta migliore per godersi il soggiorno nella città eterna in quanto si trova a pochi passi da molte attrazioni turistiche e la zona è piena di wine bar, ristoranti e negozi. Siamo a vostra completa disposizione prima e durante il vostro soggiorno con l'obiettivo di rendere la vostra vacanza nella nostra proprietà davvero memorabile. Possiamo organizzare il servizio di pick up da e per l'aeroporto e per il porto di Civitavecchia, piatti italiani fatti in casa e visite guidate.
L'appartamento è composto da 2 ampie camere da letto e 1 più piccola: una camera da letto principale con un letto king size dove un letto singolo può essere facilmente aperto come piegato per essere un soffio; una camera tripla con letto king size e letto singolo o 3 letti singoli; e una camera da letto più piccola con un letto king size. ElyRose House dispone di 2 bagni moderni ed eleganti (uno con vasca idromassaggio, da utilizzare anche come doccia, l'altro con una grande doccia). Inoltre, una grande sala da pranzo luminosa e completamente attrezzata con cucina completa e l'accesso alla fantastica terrazza dove trascorrerai alcuni momenti memorabili! The property wss everything we could imagine. We had no problems. The location was within walking distance of many sites, also close to.the subway. Our host was very.helpful when he gave us the keys he went over everything. He even left us s bottle wind. We highly recommend thie property.

My friends, family and me had a great time here. There were several nice restaurants close by and we visited several key sites in Rome. We were able to walk almost everywhere but we were also able to make good use of subway passes and the express train to the airport. Totally enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were great. Very welcoming and helpful with lots of suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is antique that kept the same design and tiles which make it different from the newest apartment.It was close to everything. The host make sure that we had plenty towel for our stay. We were 6 adults and one teen. we enjoyed it and this balcony was so relaxing after a day at the vatican. we cooked breakfast because kitchen is complete with everything .they also had coffee available. It was really a nice stay since we were 7 the price was so much better than paying 3 hotel rooms.

Wonderful apartment on the 5th floor, small elevator for 1-2 people. Great air conditioning and beautiful rooms. Perfect location, close to train station Termini, the gorgeous Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, the colloseum and shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again.

We could not have been happier with our stay in Rome! Everything was great, from the check in, to the place itself, to the functioning AC!! The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony overlooking the city capped it all off. The beds were comfortable. It’s on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny so we got our exercise and walked up most the time. Very safe and secure building tho. I would recommend this place all day every day. Oh and the

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is perfect / very safe - close to many major attractions. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment itself was great - it has everything you need. It has air conditioning which was great with the hot weather. The communication from Cinzia & Sandro was outstanding! They make sure your stay is perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Cinzia was a wonderful host in Rome. The apartment is well located and it was easy to get where we needed to go from there. The balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. Cinzia recommended a guide who we hired for a tour and it was wonderful, the highlight of our trip! We highly recommend this apartment!

This place has so much character to it! Definitely check out the church next door, it is beautiful! Even though we only stayed one night, our last night in Italy, it was spacious enough for 6 of us. Appreciated the bottle of wine left or us that we shared on the patio. It is a short distance to the Rome Termini if using transportation. Gabrele, was so friendly and helpful in checking us in and setting up our transportation to the airport. Wish we had more time to spend there.

This place was perfect. 15 minute easy walk to the train station, lots of restaurants nearby, and can walk everywhere and we did. We even walked 35 minutes to the Vatican along the river.
The space itself was great for the 6 of us. Two bathrooms were key and laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very accommodating. We utilized the large balcony every evening. Such a comfortable place to return to after a long day of site seeing. We also felt very safe.
If we ever return to Rome, I would definitely rent here again.

It’s rare to find a place that is better than advertised, if there are any this is it! The terrace was beautiful, the rooms were larger than you’d expect, all the amenities and more were included. This was a perfect gem and we’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace. Managers were amazing, communication excellent, helped us arrange airport transfer. They even supplied a baby chair and baby cot in our rooms as well as a baby seat for the car ride.

This apartment is very nice. Close to Roma Termini and a short walk to the Colosseum and Monti area. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer. Needed a place for an overnight on the way home from Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, beautiful views from the balcony and from the terrace. It is centrally located. Can easily walk to all major landmarks and historical sites. The property managers were so pleasant to work with. They were so accommodating letting us keep our bags there before check in. The location, Apartment and location were all excellent.
Cinzia was excellent as well as Giovanni helping with everything possible.
Would however consider the recommendation if you have small children.
The complex is very strict with no noise before 8am which was difficult for us as our children were waking up at 6:30am onwards.
When kids are excited which we have four of, it was difficult for us to keep them silent which was the only downfall of our stay, as we had two complaints placed on our door over multiple days which were generic complaints written about noise and shifting furniture.
In the second complaint, I do not believe it was a warranted complaint.
These complaints left us feeling a bit anxious during the morning to the point we felt the apartment, other owners simply were not interested in short stay.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment in an ideal location. The hosts were so helpful when we had problems with airline delays and needed help with drivers to handle multiple arrivals late at night. And a bottle of wine too!

Apartment is just as described and has huge windows, multiple little terraces and super high ceilings.
It is a 5 floor apartment - our legs sure felt those stairs! but there is an elevator available for you to use if needed and for luggage!
We found the apartment very well stocked, even with extras that we had not been expecting and some
Helpful things past guests had left behind. There were guidebooks and reading books and even some
Toiletries.
We walked everywhere during our stay and found the location very convenient for everything that we wanted to do and also felt safe.
Our hosts were so helpful and even helped us arrange a car to get us all to the airport.

As you will see from the photos and the other reviews. This place is a lovely home, well located in Rome. The more you sit in the home the more you notice small details that make the experience so very homey. We were greeted and oriented by the host in a very warm and familiar way and it is clear that this is a family-run property. I want to thank them for being so accommodating over the Christmas holiday and for including special touches that we would never have had at a hotel at Christmas. Enjoy your stay!

They also provided a phone in the apartment to call them if there were any problems. We were glad that we stayed here while in Rome.

The apartment is a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped. And the apartment is historic but well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated.
