Great location, a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach. Comfortable and good facilities. Lovely owners

Perfect villa to rent! 3 big bedrooms, 2 showers, 3 toilet!! Large kitchen and lounge! Awesome pool! Great location with shops 2 minute walk! Highly recommended. Most importantly the host (George) is very kid and accomodating! Great villa!

We arrived to the property with water and drinks in the fridge. there were also available spices to cook. the property is furnished and is within easy reach to the shops such as Lidl and walking distance to the beach.

George and his mother were incredible hosts, checking we we had arrived safely and had everything we needed. The Villa was clean and had verything we needed, and lovely to have a private pool. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

great location to get to beautiful local beaches and very easy to find. Lovely swimming pool, very clean and very well looked after. The villa was very clean and well looked after, beds very comfortable and plenty of space. George and his mother are amazing hosts, very helpful and available for any support needed but really respectful of space.

Location ~ in a quiet residential development on the edge of Pernera but just a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely 30 minute stroll along the promenade to Protaras with gorgeous smaller coves and beaches closer by.
George ~ the host is great! So helpful and accommodating. Arranged airport transfer from a reliable taxi driver as well as car hire and was always on hand to help
The villa is huge, clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and professionally maintained and there are so many terraces and balconies to sit on.

Very clean and had facilities you would need while you stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Showers and baths were fantastic! Had a cleaner come to clean the pool frequently also. Air conditioning in every room, very spacious with lovely views! George was fantastic and stayed in touch to check everything was going okay, clean bedding brought to us also. Easy access to a bus just down the road from the villa that can take you anywhere, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and car and buggy hire also just down the road. 5 minutes later walk from the beach! Looking forward to staying again! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay, I highly recommend!!
