Staff was not train properly on hospitality and explanation was Totally out.. they don't precheck your hotel booking.. no initiative. They don't have customer point of view so wasting time talking... Hotel room electricity trip and the room was so squeeze.. although they have a few hotels around the area but this one in cihamplas was the worst hotel that I ever stay before.. try Promenade hotel nearby instead much better. This was my first and the last. Comforter its dirty too... no point to make up room every day.

the bed was not comfy, the pillows shabby as well as the towels, very noisy room, and very bad AC. I stayed here before, 2 years ago but Covid damaged the look of the hotel.

Place its near chiwalk, and if u order online food more easy, closed going to cititrans travel.

Not clean, bathroom so tiny, ac not cool.

I used to book Vio Cihampelas for my guests and family cause it used to be a nice hotel, but now I was very surprised how bad this hotel has become: - When I checked in, they did not changed the dirty Pillowcases, Quilt cover sets, and Sheets and they have plenty of stains - Toilet seat was very dirty - The room smells of cigarettes and dirty - Stink and torn towels for the guests, this is not acceptable - Many rooms have no windows I would book red door or maybe OYO hotels which is much better now and even half price
