Wir waren nun zum vierten Mal dort und jedes Jahr wird es schlechter - und jedes Jahr schreiben wir an die Verwaltung, was besser gemacht werden müsste: eine neue Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer, ein neues Sofa, ein neuer Geschirrspüler (es ist unmöglich, hier ein Programm auszuwählen), neues Geschirr, der Ofen muss dringend grundgereinigt werden, funktionierende Fenster, die sich schließen lassen, Steckdosen sind sehr abgegriffen, teilweise sind Flecken an den Wänden. Der Pool wird zurzeit überarbeitet, immerhin.

Great location right next to beach and within walking distance to the main strip about 20 mins walk ..apartment was big enough for family of 4 and self check in was easy enough .it was good they gave access to the use of a pool 5 mins away as the pool in the complex is closed .had to contact them regarding an issue, and they resolved it straight away. There were no delays in them getting back to me ..apartment looks exactly like it is in the pictures .

The apartment could do with a little maintenance. For example, some of the windows' seals need replacing, and the shutters on the windows some don't open fully to let in air . The shower doors need replacing, The gate to the apartment was a bit tricky to open and close aswell as the lick was a bit loose on the gate . But these are all just maintenance issues early sorted .

Great location, excellent views, shielded outdoor area. Easy to keep cool. To be honest it's better than it looks in the photos - how often can you say that?

A sun parasol would be appreciated - it gets hot out there. :-)

Lovely clean property with stunning views. Brilliant location, just a ten minute walk along the beach to some really good restaurants. Highly recommend Sand Beach restaurant.

The pool area was closed due to non compliance. There were minor repairs being carried out on the exterior we were woken to hammering one morning. Sunset Lounge next door was very loud on Saturday the day we arrived but was fine for the remainder of our stay.

Right on the beach which is perfect, location was a short 10 minute walk to the town square or 15 minutes to the strip. Supermarket close by for convenience however beware it is quite pricey with it being a 'convenience' store. Apartment was lovely with all modern fixtures and fittings,beds were clean and made with white linen which was a nice touch.

Finishings weren't quite 100% ie one of the showers was hanging out from the wall ( it had snapped off its bracket) this wouldnt have taken much to fix given that the cleaners must have noticed it before we arrived. The dishwasher no matter how much we tried to use it just wouldnt work. Gave up in the end and just handwashed everything. No instructions as to how to use it either? No small toiletries left for us upon arrival,usually there are some small travel/complimentary bottles of something to maybe wash hands etc with. Apartment would benefit from more lighting on the stairway as you ascend upto the top floor. A few times we had to put our light on on our mobile phone to see where we were going. Bathroom window wouldnt open at all to let air in whilst taking a shower. Pool had a sign on it saying it was closed due to unfulfilled rules?

lack of heating. more bedding should have been provided. the pool was closed for use
