The hosts were very nice and welcoming, there was free parking right next to the entrance, the location is just superb!

The hosts informed us that our room had a big problem with the bathroom caused by the previous visitor. So we didn't have the chance to visit the hotel. But they tried to help us find a new accomodation when we arrived

We loved the hosts, who walked to our parking spaces when we couldn’t find them! The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend the Bosnian breakfast at their restaurant as well.

We had trouble with the key to the Inn door.

The location was superb - a stone's throw from the Mostar bridge! Lovely character in the hotel and room.

Staff/hosts here are a nice family, clear and straight forward communications, always on hand to help with anything you need to arrange. Hosts speak perfect English. The furniture and facilities are fantastic for the price, seriously high quality mattress, slept like a baby in this place. They also provide a good breakfast. If you're staying in Mostar and need somewhere to stay look no further.

A very quirky place to stay, in a very convenient location for exploring the Old Town, which is only a short walk away. Easy to reach from the bus station too. I also appreciated the comfortable bed, where I slept like a baby!

Somewhere more substantial to store or hang clothes would be good. There were some hooks fixed to the top of the bathroom door, which I failed to even notice until it was too late! The hot water heater is small, so be prepared for quick showers unless you like them lukewarm or cold. A quick tip: wash and rinse your hair first! I did notice this at other places I stayed at in the region too, so it seems to be a general thing in smaller hotels. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Nothing, I loved everything.

Fantastic location, on a side street off the main tourist street, so it is quiet at night. Supermarket, bakery and cafes are all just a minute away. Stayed in off-season, but the hotel manager (Adnan) was always available when needed. We needed to buy local sim cards for our phones as UK sims do not work in Bosnia. We asked him for advice and instead of pointing us to the nearest store, he actually went with us to two different stores before he found the right sim. They didn't take credit cards, so he paid with his own money and just asked us to reimburse him whenever we have the cash. Amazing, friendly service, but all people we met in Mostar were just the same. Always smiling, pleasant and eager to help.

The apartment was very handy to the downtown & the beautiful bridge, also the sad but excellent museum in the same street The bed was large & very comfortable Also quiet & we had a good sleep Two flights up but the stairs were easy & didn’t really bother us, except for the luggage but the owner & his Dad kindly helped us out there We thought we were a little bit stuck to get in but there’s actually a free wifi spot just inside the door so I was able to phone & someone came within minutes We liked the bathroom, great shower with plenty of hot water

My only negative was that there’s a jug, but no cups or coffee. When I enquired was told coffee is cheap & readily available. Not really the point if you want a coffee early or late. In that case - what was the jug for??

The location is perfect if you want to see the old town and is close to the train and bus station. It’s quiet at night too. The room, whilst being a touched dated, was incredibly cozy and the decoration really is stunning. the balcony was lovely too. The restaurant recommendations were top too!
