I loved that it was so close to everything that you’d ever need. communication between staff was also great.

the sinks were flat at the bottoms so it didn’t drain very well. knives weren’t sharpened and drier didn’t really dry anything. Every morning at 4-5am, you’d be able to hear trucks backing into alleys collecting trash and bottles being thrown out or collected which would wake us up even with the windows closed. Another thing that was a little upsetting was that during our first week, the wifi would barely work assuming it was due to the number of residents using it at one time that also were staying in the building. We could barely enjoy a movie in the flat that we rented on a rainy day or before bed. If you’re looking for a place where you expect cleaning everyday from staff, this isn’t it. they come once a week or when you schedule a cleaning. you’ll have a “starter pack” of basic essentials (trash bags, detergent, toilet paper etc) but afterwards, you’ll have to get them replace them yourselves. Toilet paper and kitchen rolls are all that gets replaced when they clean the apartment. I rented a flat for 20 days and it was cleaned by staff just twice.

cleaning wasn’t up to scratch. dusty, dirty areas. furniture felt a little cheap. stingy on shower gels and towels.

instructions for garbage disposable were unclear to where the location was. some minor repairs needed but didn't impact my stay. I left a note for housekeeping when I checked out

Location was convenient. Staff tried to be helpful.

There was no desk/dining area so we had to eat off our laps. Photos don't show which apartment type is which. Bedding was too hot and bed was very soft. Every morning at 4.45am there were loud noises from the laneway of a truck collecting rubbish. Had to climb 50÷ steps to access apartment - no lift.

The location was amazing so close to the city centre and lots of shops bars and restaurants. The apartment was a great size for a couple and had everything you need in the one place.

Unfortunately the cleaning service was stopped during our stay due to covid. This was a bit disappointing considering part of the cost that we paid covers these services. Having to pay out more of our own money for cleaning products wasn’t what we expected. There was a hover and mop in the close for anyone to use but unfortunately the hover hadn’t been emptied in what seemed like months so didn’t pick up anything and had no new bags. We were quite disappointed by the end of our stay as the communication was poor about this too.
