Very nice and clean room with excellent AC. Maria was a very welcoming and warm host. The balcony has an amazing view. Can highly recommend.

Maria’s property is gorgeous. Her shared front porch has an unbelievable view of the Caucasus mountains. The facilities were impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The Deluxe Room has a balcony with a view of the Alanzi view. Maria is a warm and welcoming host - she truly makes the stay a delight! I am sure there are other great stays in Signaghi but it’s hard to imagine a better host than Maria

no good communication in english, but we had a friend with russian. But it would still work out.

The owner of the guest house was amazing, welcoming, warmhearted and kind. I suddenly felt at home. She offered coffee and cookies and the morning I had to check out she even made me breakfast for free. Speaking of: Her breakfast on the sunny balcony is a true feast :)! The guesthouse is a bit separated from the touristy crowds which is amazing. And the room including the great balcony were very nice and cute.

Maria is a very warm and friendly host. The guest house is perfectly located with great views and highlights of Sighnaghi close by.

Maria welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine. Went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is exceptional!, near the old wall.

Beds Were a little too soft

Great location and friendliness of staff was superb. Big breakfast. Helpful getting driver to transport around in the region. Beautiful view over the valley.

Very noisy beds as we could hear everybody in the house when they were turning in bed. The transport around in the region did not give very good recommendations for wineries to visit.

Location offers a stunning view over the Alazani Valley with the Great Caucasus in the background. The rooms and house is very clean and also offered a parking space for the car. Maria and her family are very kind and make you feel very welcome. It is certainly a good idea to start your day with Maria’s breakfast on the terrace.

Maria was extremely helpful and caring, the terrace where we had breakfast offered the views to the valley and the mountains behind it. The breakfast itself was tasty and abundant

The super lovely Maria gave us wa warm welcome - we even got some wine and vegetables. Everyday we hot a rich and delicious breakfast. And the view from the terasse over the Alazani valley was overwhelming

The first thing you notice when entering the Maria’s guesthouse is a stunning view. The second one is unlimited friendliness and genuine hospitality of the owners. Everyday we were welcomed with coffee, wine and wonderful breakfast. Sometimes small midday snacks were offer. The rooms were spotless clean, had air conditioning and everything you might need. The location in the old city, right next to the Siginagi wall was excellent. We hope to get back one day :)

The family of Maria are very friendly. -Breakfast is very delicious. -The location is convenient.Right next to the Great wall.and restaurant or mini mart is near by. -The most important is the View is SUPER

Maria is an extremely nice lady, she treated us with home made wine, a melon and some plums. Told us where to go and what to see in signachi. The room has everything you might need, including an aircon.

Staying in Maria’s guesthouse was a pleasure. Maria is a fabulous host and a very good human being. She gave us the feeling of home. Very clean and comfortable room with a great view. Restaurants are nearby and breakfast by maria was awesome.

Amazing view from room balcony and terrace. Maria is a wonderful host. Gave us many good suggestions on Where to go and tour options. Room is clean too. Great value for money. After 5 days, we are like part of their family.
