Very well located with a beautiful clean pool. 15 mins walk to the city and its beaches. Supermarket very close.

You need to clean the apartment before leaving. No bus stops around.

The place is really nice and comfy, nothing disappointed us out there! Actually everything was above our expectations. If I come back to Cyprus one day I will definitely choose the same apartments :)

Apartment was fine had everything you needed

A/c being on a timer it would switch off in middle of the night and keep waking you up because you were too hot . Switch it back on fall asleep then it would go off again . Pool needed cleaning

Great location, pleasant surrounding, a good choice to stay for a couple of days.

- good location, - big flat, - calm area, - no problem to contact the owners and manager.

- most of flat equipment is well used over the years - DIRTY RED SOFAS NEED REPLACEMENT, baby crib, broken doors should be replaced not painted for the 3rd time. - small kitchen equipment was all dirty and sticky.. I understand that previous guests should leave it clean, but if they dont, it should be clean after them by the owners. We need to clean everything before use. - small house equipment need replacement every few years... clothes dryer is RUSTY. I didn't notice that, and few of my white clothes are dirty now. - we travel with 3 months old baby and it is November, so temperature outside is not high. Windows and doors are so leaky, that in the night time baby sleeping alone was cold. No heating available. We can see that apartments are managed with care - clean floors, windows, painted walls, BUT to keep with competition equipment MUST BE replaced over the years. We stay few days in other city in Cyprus, for the same money in two times better conditions.

The flat was extremely spacious and well equipped. Communication from Tina was excellent and nothing was too much. Really quiet location.

The apartment is very cozy, clean, modern, spacious, with everything you need for a familly with children and a nice terace near the pool. You have a 5 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and bus station.

Spacious, clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioner. Quiet neighborhood, nice atmosphere to relax on the terrace. Very helpful informations from Tina before arrival and comfortable check-in with key box. Good value for money!

Cozy and nice apartment. There was everything we needed: oven, microwave, cooker, conditioner. Especially we like the location of Constantia. Unfortunately there were some ants in apartment, but we were ok with this fact. Many thanks! Next time we’ll stay here again! Recommended!

The apartment is nicely decorated. There were milk, water, cheese and many other things for us when we arrived. Also there is always hot water.
