Modern, two level villa, exceptionally well designed and equipped with an amazing view on Kvarner bay and direct access to sea.

Asia, a very nice person, met us at the main gate and showed us around.

It was not very enjoyable to use the hot tub, because there was a dog running around all the time from the apartment below us.

The location is super convenient, right on the shore, on a terrace. 15-20 mins walk to the city on the sidewalk. Parking spot provided is well sized. The apartment layout is real good, we got the downstairs one with direct access to the garden. Very nice morning and evening views, both sunrise and sunset are gorgeous.

Worts host ever.... The person handing over the keys was nice, helpful. Gave us an extra key to the apartment, but no keys to the building, there is a PIN pad letting you in. The young lady who was the phone contact sent us the PIN codes for the gates (4 gates, 3 codes) and than they both disappeared. For ever... We were discovering the apartment and gone outside for a bit only to come back and realize that the code for the building was incorrect and we can not get inside the house. At all. This was at 14:45. By that time she was vanised. I called 11 times, texted many times, nothing. The handyman we had no contact to, the lady did not answer. Our only got lucky appr 2-3 hours later when the germany family occupying the upstairs apartment got back and they were kind enough to let us in and gave us the right code for the door. Our host was nowhere to be found. She only replied to us next day afternoon. She said she was on a birthday party and she did not watch the phone. I did not want to make a big thing our of it, we managed to get inside so i let it go. In the meantime, we started discovering many things not working or broken (including the pation door, the shades, som,some light and none of the 3 TV sets). I sent her a text to start this conversation, that she again disappeared until our last evening before departure. She again apologized, but we could feel she could not care less. She said that the handyman will be at the property at the time of check out next morning to collect the keys but as one can imagine thoone showed up and she was not taking calls or messages. Even until now no replay whatsoever. All in all the location was great, the place was OK but for the amount they charged one would expect a lot ore hospitality and a lot more quality.

- the apartment is very well located and well equipped/nice/clean

- the arrival was absolutely chaotic - nobody responded to our calls/texts at first - we had to wait two more hours vs. agreed time. And even then some neighbor had to open the gate to the parking spot for us. The lady who gave us keys later was just waiting inside the apartment and we had a feeling that the person did not even know about our arrival. - nobody was there for check-out either, we had no clue where to leave the keys etc. - both the pool/jaccuzi was out of order the whole time - it was one of the main priorities for this apartment choice - the apartment is technically over-complicated - there are a lot of remote controls, screens, different codes. Sometimes the smart home systems turn into hell, especially when they are not in English. - the apartment is beautiful and it is unfortunate that these important aspects like the arrival/communication/facilities completely destroy the experience. - the beds are comfortable but make noise - there are four TVs but none of them functioning

Breath-taking view through panoramic windows, just 5 meters from the sea! You can hear only sound of waves - no other industrial noises. Close to huge supermarket (10 minutes by foot, 4 minutes by car). Direct access to Lungomare promenade (pedestrian seaside road) which takes you 5-10 minutes walk to good restaurants in Volosko or Opatija (10-15 minutes). Private parking. Absolutely silent place, perfect for sunbathing.

This apartment itself and related services are absolutely marvelous. The staff that takes care of the apartment and the guests is exceptional and very professional. You feel yourself like in the 5* hotel. The apartment is situated right near the beach, has a stunning view at the sea (basically is above it) and is exceptionally well equipped. The beach is great for the kids and grown-ups. The apartment has a very nice shared pool with the other guests. The location is also great, you are in the middle of Opatija, Croatian Nice or Monaco, you have a lot of great restaurants around (within 5-10 minutes walk on the lungomare, which is a road by the sea for pedestrians). Highly recommend for everybody.

Beautiful and modern villa. Amazing location right on the beach. Very quiet with private gate. They greet us with fruit basket and wine bottle. Thank you, it was unforgettable stay.
