There were disturbing lights from the street at nighttime.

Great location in Opatija

Big sleeping room, new full equipped kitchen, even though it was May, it needed heating that the hosts turned on without hesitation, balcony with view to the sea, parking in courtyard, great location

We had a wonderful week at Apartment Kinkela. It is in a great central location in Opatija, at the top of a set of stairs which lead down to the public beach and the main tourist strip. The apartment was immaculately clean and well set up to self-cater- a real little home away from home. Sandra was there to greet us and help us settle in. The apartment consists of a kitchen/dining room, a combined bed and sitting room, a bathroom and a small balcony. There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance and a cool little bar for coffee or a beer just down the road. The air-conditioning was very welcome on a hot afternoon. The bed was big and comfortable and the wi-fi worked well. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. I highly recommend Opatija and Apartment Kinkela.

Nothing really-just be aware that the bathroom is quite small and if you are above average sized you might find it a bit of a squeeze.
