Glutén mentes termék nem volt a reggelinél. Kávé nem volt jó ízű.

Nagyon szép volt a szállás, a reggeli is finom volt.

Erkély nélküli szobákat kaptunk, pedig a foglaláskor az volt írva, hogy tartozik a szobához erkély is. Mikor ezt szóvá tettem, megoldották, hogy erkélyes szobáink legyenek. Nagyon rossz volt reggel a kávé.

Perfect location and great, helpful staff.

Friendly staff, especially Fanika was very helpful. Maybe for a HotelManagement student she needs to learn her boundaries to go a level higher. But for this hotel she was great.

A lot of small issues. The windows were not clean on the upper part, full of dead animals, the drain pipe of the wash basin was leaking badly and the ceiling of the bathroom had a bad water stain (fresh) and a mouldy spot. That influenced the odore of the room, of course. No fridge or coffee maker on the room, which could be expected for the price. Location is right next to the Casino and above the noisy bars. So not the kind if you’re looking for a quiet location. Swimming facilities are great and nicely done, also clean. Breakfast is really nice. Forget good coffee if you’re used to Italian coffee (for the spoilt…).

In the night it’s loud because you hear the cars from the street :( Beach is close but you pay extra for beds and umbrella

The position of the hotel right on the beach, the view from the room to the sea. Employees are friendly and ready to help. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable.

Nice location, really kind young receptionist that was helpfull and warm.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. Refrigerators are not in the rooms but they brought me one when a few items I had needed refrigeration. Also, the location and views are amazing and the breakfast has everything you want and is delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are also good, even surpassing a 3-star hotel. Free drinks with dinner is a big plus. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone who worked at the reception and in the restaurant was very pleasant, provided all the necessary information as well as any additional information we were looking for. A few days we had dinner at the neighboring Hotel Kristal, but it was no problem because it is very close and the service is also good. Parking was a pleasant surprise. We always managed to find a free place very close to the hotel (probably because it was off-season after all). Also, the method of payment was easy, because you can pay at the hotel reception, which the friendly girls who work there immediately informed us. Everything the hotel offers is more than expected.
