The location is good and the apartment is a good size

Everything apart from the location. The apartment is filthy, they have an ant infestation and if you walk around barefoot then your feet will be black with dirt. When we told the owner about the ants he blamed us, said we brought them with us, when they clearly have a nest behind an electrical socket in the kitchen, which we told them and they refused to believe even after we sent them a video of it. We waited 3 hours for someone to come and sort it out and even then there were still some ants. Unbelievable rudeness from the owner and cleaner. Blamed us multiple times for it. The kitchen utensils are just a random collection of old items. The stove only has one knob so if you want to use more than one hob then you need to remove the knob and switch it over. The mattress is old and uncomfortable. Whilst the location is good, thats really the only plus of this flat.

Excellent location. Flat is spacious and bright. The owner is helpful and very quick responses our questions. We could do our laundry.

This perfect location has one big minus - traffic all the night. It's so noisy! You cannot sleep. The kitchen is poor equipped: there were no bowls or tea spoons, but you can find some huge vases -it was look like a collection of random crockery and cutlery. It's difficult to prepare breakfast for two.

Very good locaton, very big apartment with 2 rooms, the host answered any questions and let us to check in during the night (because we paid for previous night). Pretty comfortable matrasse. A lot of tableware.

Photos shows newer apartment. In reality everything looks very old. Probably 10 years ago apartment was great but not now :) Air conditioner was so old with a lot of dust (and this is awful for breathing) so we had decided to sleep without using it but with opened windows (too noice during all the time). And it was not easy even in the night because of hot weather outside. The last floor without elevator! With luggage it's not easy at all. If we knew about it, we would choose another place 100%

Large apartment with good location. Bedding is air dried so pillow cases come with giant bird turds on them!?!

After staying 11 days... we now know what Soviet Armenia was like. After walking up 5 stories (100 steps) of broken concrete stairs through clouds of cigarette smoke and stairwell smokers the water heater didn’t work 90% of the time and the toilet didn’t flush 50% of the time. The latter probably contributed to the sewer smells throughout the apartment. No attention to detail... no toilet paper and no dish soap for the kitchen = money you spend. We asked for sheets for the second bed... which was not prepared and they were promised but were never delivered. Main bed jammed into the bedroom makes it impossible for two people to get in or out without trampling the other... and as hard as the mattress is ... you won’t want to stay in it long. Also the bathtub/shower is a total death trap ... if the water is actually hot you will need a helmet to get out without a concussion. Also despite the pictures there is no washing machine... it was removed.
