The food and the service. The people are SO SO kind. And the service was exceptional. I also loved the animals. I will definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean. The AC worked well and that was nice to have.

Our room good enough, but then we were able to see other rooms of friends we made and their rooms, while up windy narrow stairs, were better than ours. The layout was better in their rooms. And they had better bathroom. So only upon comparing was I disappointed. But ours was fine. Better than fine. But the others were better.

It was close to Palenke. The child in me liked how child-friendly the campus was. The staff was very friendly and tried hard to help.

Fabulous staff! Super helpful and friendly. Amazing location, very close to Palenque. Also, the on-site cook was amazing!

The room was too small (we reserved the suite for three people). Shower is also pretty small but expected due to the location.

The staff cute and the space humble and sweet. Outdoor pool is small but cute.

Came home to a locked gate and scaled the fence. Didn’t have electricity most of the afternoon which is fine but paid a mid range price for a way below that room.

The staff are so helpful and always smiling. Getting vegan food in Colombia is not easy, but they understood our dietary requirements and responded superbly for great breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
