location is good. there are restaurants, cafe and markets near of the flat. it is a little bit far away from city center. studio is 4 th floor of building without lift. to get the key of flat was easy. waitres was waiting for us on time. cleanless of flat was good. just some utilities missed. but owner of flat brought them when i say.

i just did not like bed so much. it was a little old and not ergonomic for backs. it has so soft mattress for me.

Good localization, short walking distance to the center. Apartment is cozy and clean like on the photos, the bed is super comfortable, big pros to the fireplace. Supermarket is right next to the house and some good restaurants are very nearly. Definitely recommend.

I have never seen such a front door code lock in my life, took the time to figure out where this lock is at all :)

It’s a very nice apartment in every possible way: - it has a beautiful contemporary design; we especially loved panoramic windows on the balcony and the views of the sunsets seen from there - it is very conveniently located: 2-minute walk to the subway station, supermarket and restaurants and 7 minutes of driving to downtown - it has all the things you need to feel comfortable, kitchen utensils, appliances, comfortable bed; it’s also warm and quiet. Natalia is a great host, very nice and responsive. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Kharkiv.

Location of apartment was just perfect - all the shops and restaurant are in walking distance:) apartment was pretty cosy and very clean

Good localization. Short distance to centrum. Shops, restaurants and caffe bars available around. The owner very easy communicable and helpful. I fully recommend.
