The room was noisy, noise from the street from the kitchen (every time they used the blender it sounded like it was in the room full of rocks)we could here every conversation.the rooms only natural light was opening a blind either to the street at street level or the blind looking at the main drive and entrance so couldn't have any privacy at all so had to stay in a dark room.no Dinner available at all ,no mosquito net which the mosquitoes appreciate quite honestly they were the happiest occupants of the room (at least they got an evening meal)dirty used bedsheets in the wardrobe I could Go on but what's the point it's a horrendous place and I wouldn't recommend it to my X wife or her mother.

Beautiful home in the hills with stunning views of the city centre. Host was very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We could watch the sunrise from our window.

the property is beautiful, well maintained with very clean and comfortable room. The views are fantastic. the staff are amazing and very sweet. the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, but the staff arranged Tuk Tuk’s for us, which were there within a few minutes each time. we didn’t have the breakfast but i saw the kitchen and it was spotless. recommend this as a place to stay. thank you for a lovely experience X

Our room was close to the road so there was noise and we couldn't sleep the best we wanted.

Amazing stay. I was only at the hotel for a short while, arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning - it was a shame I was unable to stay longer. The staff were extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable - even taking me to the station on a scooter when no tuk-tuk was available early in the morning. The views from the property were amazing overlooking Kandy, and I wish I could have stayed longer.

I had a lovely large room with an amazing view, a huge comfy bed and the room was lovely and clean. Best room I stayed in my whole trip. I was given a delicious breakfast and during curfew when all restaurants were closed they made me dinner free of charge. I felt cared and looked after.

We had deluxe room. It was comfortable room. Great view from window on the lake and sity. Ceiling is very high. It looks beauty. Host is kind person. He made very tasty breakfast. Wi-fi don't freeze. It is quite place.

We had the most amazing time at this B&B. The beds are the most comfortable, everything is clean and you have an amazing view. But the absolute best about the place is Lalith. He mad us feel so special and he was the most welcoming and nice person ever. He’s a gem. And he makes the most amazing breakfast. I would come back here anytime just because of him.

A very pleasant bed and breakfast of just a few rooms. A good welcome with tea, coffee and biscuits. Ours was a good size room and reserved as a view room which it had over the city. TV, a/c, no kettle or fridge. A well finished modern room spotlessly clean. On a hill overlooking the city but not too onerous a walk into the centre, maybe 20 minutes. Uphill I preferred the 400 rupee, $2, tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was Sri Lankan, hoppers, egg and whatever else you made of the others with jam or savoury fillings. tea, coffee and water. Not extensive but sufficient. Good value and a nice stay.

it would be nice if they sold a beer at the end of a hot day sightseeing

we didn’t expect much, but the result was above our expectations! - the host was very friendly and nice - they served breakfast early in the morning (we had to go in a trip), the food was delicious - room was clean and cozy - the view is amazing , and mongoose came to our balcony ♥️☺️

The owners are the nicest and heart-warming people. The facility is really beautiful and amazingly located at the hill over the Kandy lake (lovely view guaranteed). Sri Lankan breakfast served in their kitchen was delicious and very authentic. Room was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Great value for money! The wi-fi signal was pretty strong which seems to be quite rare in Sri Lanka.

Great option for your stay in Kandy! The view from the terrace is rather awesome, the room was clean and comfy, the breakfast good enough and the staff very nice and responsive. Great solution, fairly far from the messy center of the city (but reachable in 5 min by tuk tuk) and therefore more enjoyable.
