The location facility is good , they were cleaned and good accommodation
The Staff was horrible, they were always tried to squeeze some extra cash out of us. We had to go out to buy some of the basic things like sugar. Staff came to the second day nigh the person called manager came to the room drunk and ask that we had to pay some extra money for my parent room.

Beautiful Villa in Kandy. Under New management staff really helpful even with last minute enquiries. Definetly recommend.

the employees made an over excellent job! since I needed wifi for work they ordered a special router for my apartment, also they helped with organising train and tours. One day they surprise us with breakfast on the rooftop. Shehan made our stay really worthy, the best man!!
the Hotel itself has not a real gym, only some machines for bicycle. Its very simple and for that price its has less facilities.

The location is very beautiful. It is quite far out of the city center, which is an advantage because the city is very busy and dirty, but you will have to get a tuktuk because the road is very steep uphill. The staff (3 guys, running the hotel) is the sweetest as they will literally run for you to help you.
Although the intention of the staff is clearly very good and they really want to help you, we experienced big problems with their English language skills. It is simply impossible to communicate with them, even about the simplest things or easiest questions you have. Also, they start working between 5am and 7am so we were woken up by them two nights in a row, with loud talking, slamming of the staff door, taking phone calls, etc. Not really the concept of holidays for us. Also, they prepare breakfast early morning (I guess around 7) and when you have breakfast at 8.30 it means you will get a cold omelet, sausage, toast. It is not freshly made when they serve it to you. Last, we did not have warm water in the room so we showered cold for two days.

Great place. Friendly and respectful staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yami. It's a hevan on earth after spending day in bussy Kandy, good place to chill out with a cold beer.. My favorite place was roof top, overlooking city of Kandy. Good value for Money.

The People are really nice and obliging and good hearted. They try very hard. One will forgive them a lot because of their kindness. The food was very tasty. The views from the property are super.
It is located at the end of a steep climb. You cant reach here with a less experienced driver. The internet doesn’t work. None of the staff speak either English or Tamil so communication is mostly by sign language. They accept cash only. Sri Lankan Rupee and USD. There is no option to pay with a credit card. If you haven’t brought enough cash with you it is a problem.

Location was perfect with a splendid view of the Kandy town.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff was ultra friendly, specially the person in charge (may be he is the manager).
Cleanliness was not up to the expectation (commode seat / bed linen).
TV was not working (No RC / all wires have been disconnected and removed)
Better to have the WiFi password in the room.
Better to have a telephone in the room to contact the staff when needed.

Tremendous views, nice cuisine, hotel staff Indika and Shalika did really great and made those 4 days a bliss, it was a very very pleasant stay.
A bit far away from everything, but they have tuktuk available.

We had a late check in and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Showed us around and offered us beers as well.
Next morning we had a breakfast on the balcony with very nice views. Since at the time of our visit there wasn’t many guests Indika the host cooked the breakfast specially for us which made us feel special.
The accommodation is actually in Hantana on one of the hills, hence the amazing view. It’s about 15 minutes drive from the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy.

TV and Wifi didn`t work and the room was full of Ants. Shower door was broken. One guy running around trying to do million things. One man show.

it was very clean, brand new property. Wonderful view but was hard to reach. We arrived late night so it was hard to find the hotel are it was located at the high hills.
