Basicly everithing awsome. Location on the quiter aera of mirissa beach. Perfect to relax on the beautiful room, big balcony or pool. Great also to dip in the ocean and swimm with the turtels !! Great hotel stuff, especialli Nassim is a lovley funny guy alwaly ready to help !! 🙏🤙🧡🧡🧡

The hotel is located right on turtle point beach, where you can swim whit turtles. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Specially Nasim, he took care of everyone. we definitely want to come back.

Search no more - this is the perfect location in Mirissa! It is right above a rather private beach known for its turtles as well next to the famous coconut hill. The pool is a very good alternative to the beach that Tends to be rough. I have booked the deluxe room and this is just one of a kind and so worth its money - not only because of its spectacular view. Styled with traditional furniture combined with modern touches it gives just the right amount of luxury. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved it here so much. It is owned by a local whose hospitality is unmatched. Thank you!

The staff was a delight! Nassim was very kind and helped us with everything. They were so hospitable and made sure we had everything. He even took my friend to the doctor when she got hurt and personally made sure everything was taken care off despite the language barrier. The rest of the staff was also absolutely amazing and so sweet. The view and their hospitality made the trip and stay great.

Great location, and beautiful rooms with seaview!

The location is really good. You can walk in the city and to the coconut tree hill within a few minutes. Also there is the turtle point right next to the hotel. Big breakfast with fruits, egg variation, toast and jam and juice. The pool is good alternative to the sea on hot days. The view from the hotel was amazing.

The room was directed to the street, so it was really loud in the room. You couldn’t open a window. The Vedanta was broken so we have to use the ac which were also not 100% working. The ac was really loud. We wanted to do trip on one day so we asked for the breakfast time. The problem was that we get the breakfast 30 minutes later than communicated one day before. The most suspective and strange thing was one staff member who talked very well english. We asked him for a tuk tuk for next day to Galle and he named us a price for this distance which was really overpriced compared to the other tuk tuk tours. So we decided to ask him for a better price. Again he told us a still overpriced number. Then we told him our expection and he mentioned this would be also ok. Short time before the tuk tuk drive arrived he told me that he need 500rup as a kind of prepayment. I was really surprised and asked again why he need it. He told me he will give it to our driver when we are well arrived in Galle. So I gave him the money, but I asked our driver how many money he get. And how it is it seems to be that the stuff member decided to keep it and screwed us. The only thing why we are still write a good evaluation is the other stuff. An old women and man and the younger one. They were really friendly and helped us with everything.

This property was amazing, from the moment we arrived we loved it! We received fresh juice on arrival and all the staff were so friendly! It was right on the beach with stunning views of the sea and Coconut Hill. The pool was also amazing and the room was outstanding. We had breakfast both mornings and it was lovely and fresh. We were very happy 😊 Thank you!!

Delicious breakfast with a seaside view. Calm and quiet location, but very close to main beach and city center. Helpful staff in hotel.

Rooms with windows directed to main road are a bit too noisy in the night.

- Helpful, warm and friendly staff - stunning location, on an amazing stretch of coastline. Good range of beach bars and restaurants close by - Lovely breakfast - Chilled and relaxed atmosphere - Sea view room was spacious, bright, with very comfy bed, good aircon and really lovely bathroom and shower - Stunning balcony view - Snorkelling site literally outside of the hotel. Saw so many tropical fish and sea turtles - Generator keeping things going during the outages (we really appreciated that!) - Everything just felt easy in this place, which hasn’t been our experience in every Sri Lanka hotel

Was not good value for money. They over-charged me by 20gbp (from what I was quoted on booking.com) on the day of payment. Really small room, no natural light, really far from centre. Reception quoted us double for an onward taxi to what we ended up paying.

Clean atmosphere and facilities and a great bed with bathroom. Organized PCR for us without a problem.

- Where to start… the loud music that literally jolted the room so much that we couldn’t sleep from a bar nearby. When we asked the staff what time it’d finish they said 12 am. At 2am we asked again and they said ‘we don’t know, it happens once a week and on random days’ The music stopped at 6.27am so we could sleep then. Upon numerous asking for compensation for our lack of sleep (which we had paid for) they denied this and numerous emails to the company all were denied. Sadly such a terrible stay (others we met at the pool also had the same experience too) this is disappointing. I would advice to stay away from coconut hill as the bar is there and you can get a decent sleep. - Even though it states there is alcohol at the property there isn’t as they said it’s not licensed.

a bit over priced for the facility’s

- the pool and the setting is pretty - only a short distance to the main beach and restaurants - the guy on Reception is helpful and very kind and thoughtful. (on Valentine’s Day he even gave me flowers to give to my partner, lovely extra touch) .

- over priced . we had the standard room and it is just that-standard. it’s clean and they provided plenty of towels so it was perfect for what we needed but it should of been offered at a lower price. We wanted to stay 2 extra nights in Mirissa but the standard rooms were sold out- the sea view room were available and from pictures definitely looked like much more spacious and nice rooms but not worth over double the price . so we left and stayed in a differed hotel for our extra two nights. - food - don’t bother with ordering lunch - they weren’t prepared for anyone ordering the day we were there . breakfast is plentiful but not great.
